Ms D Anchorage It was a great activity for my grand children. They were totally engaged the whole 2 hours. The little one was completely Tuckered out. I love there are staff all around to watch out for situations. Will bring them back soon. "Need to get the parking area plowed. Only reason I didn't give the experience a "5*"

Let's face it, Alaska is very limited when it comes to kid-friendly fun places. Shockwave Trampoline Park is 1 out of the handful. Shockwave is located on the Eastside of town. It sits at the end of a mostly abandoned strip mall. It is noticeably more spacious than its competitors. Like all places that require a waiver, try to get that taken care of online, before you're there physically. It's not uncommon to experience an incompetent employee working the pay desk, and holding everyone up. Give yourself plenty of time and exercise patience...it's for the kids. There are lots of tables available for you to sit and spread out. I appreciate the long tabletop with stools, that sits directly in front of the trampoline area, so you can further helicopter parent. There are rock walls, arcade games, and other random items for the children to enjoy, in addition to, the trampolines. They sell dip-n-dots ice cream as well as pizza and other snacks. Naturally, Shockwave is starting to show its age in some areas. What's important to me, is that everything was safe and looked clean, including the bathrooms. My kids always have a blast and tire themselves out here. Till' next time Shockwave Trampoline Park!

Today is 2/15/2025 and it's literally only 62 degrees in here Today the temp has actually gone up by 4 degrees since we got here. Pretty sad when its so cold inside you don't wanna take of your coat...I told the girl at the front desk...she totally blew me off...we won't be back

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW - WORST STAFF - WORST MANAGER - I REGRET BOOKING THIS PLACE FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PARTY - TRUST ME THEY WILL RUN YOU OUT. Book a party from 6:30 - 8:30 on 8/25. By 8, they told us to have everyone do the cake and eat, and be out of the place by 8:30. We were the only party there, and they squeeze 20 kids on one table and told us not to sit/us anywhere else but the one table they cover for us. WE WERE THE ONLY ONE THERE AND ONLY 15 people can fit on one table- kid's parents were there too. Kids didn't jump for the two hours we paid for, and they following us around from 8:20 tell us "10 more minutes" "8 more minutes" "5 more minutes" "it's 8:28". Mind you we were trying to get the kids together to hurry up 'cause we were told they'll charge our card an extra hour for every jumper if we're not out by 8:30.... Ruin my daughters birthday party and beautiful day ended with this Sh*% Again, THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW AND I HOPE NOBODY BOOK THIS PLACE FOR THEIR KIDS PARTY -

Went here yesterday and noticed employees with headphones on while tending to customers. This is unprofessional since this environment is safety related.. What kind of management is this? The manager need to step up and act like they just don't have a high school diploma or GED.

We just left a prepaid birthday party. Our hosts paid for pizza included with the jump time and party table. We all checked in and were told it was coming and the kids could jump longer to wait. It never came. 2 hours later they said it wasn't coming. When the host asked about a refund for the pizza she paid for the manager said there was a "tone" and we all needed to leave the property immediately. At best it ruined a little boys birthday at worst is blatant theft. I encouraged the host to have her credit card challenge the charges if the manager doesn't refund the pizza price.

I came here with my two children. Just a little last minute family outing seeing as they have been cooped up with me for a while. I honestly cannot say this was a bad idea. My kids had a blast. My 9 year old and two year old played in tandem on all of the trampolines. There were big kids in there who were kind of jerks jumping on the trampoline to close to my smaller than average 2 year old. Often knocking her over, but the staff there were not having it. I thought the teenagers were just going to mingle the whole time, but they were actually working. I didn't have to constantly have an eye on my kids. They got to have fun and I got to sit instead of hover. This trampoline park is actually very well kept. I expected a stinky dusty dirty place because well, Alaska. But it was not like this. It was actually fairly clean and spacious. There was a whole birthday party happening around us and it still felt like my kids had just about the whole place to themselves. We only paid $15 for an hour. My daughter turns two soon so I'm assuming that her age played a great deal, but nonetheless that's affordable. Both of them fell asleep in the car from all the jumping and Rick climbing they did. There are a few arcade games and a grabber machine with like 3 toys in it. Honestly it was sad that they were even there. Lol. Other than that, this is definitely a place to bring the kids if you're looking to tire them out, or just something other than your normal movies or arcade.

Super bummed to come and have the rock wall + climbing towers + air bag all shut down. My son has been asking for MONTHS to come to shockwave. Such a bummer to come, pay the same rate, and a favorite attraction is closed off. We love shockwave. But this was a big disappointment. And the laser room doesn't work...

Update: I guess someone above who we talked to straightened things out and I was surprised to find my account credited the $100 deposit. Thank you!*** I put a deposit down on 5/28 for my granddaughter to have her 13th birthday here on June 6th as the numbers of new COVID cases was very low. Today, May 31st, it was announce there were 27 new cases yesterday which is a huge jump. We decided it wasn't safe to have the party and called to cancel, but Shockwave refused to refund the deposit, said we shouldn't have booked a party during a pandemic, and even accused us of trying to "take" money from a small business. Seriously? Guess where this large family won't be having parties in the future? Shockwave, you just lost a lot more money than you gained by refusing to return a deposit when it is again, clearly unsafe to have a party at a trampoline park. Shame

Shockwave is great! Overall cleanliness and layout was wonderful. Our older nieces and nephews had a blast, but a bit disappointed in how few areas are structured for 3-4 year olds.
