So annoyed, just left today Sun Oct 5 at 5:10 pm. Ordered to go in person 2 banh mi sandwiches and a pho. When paying I told lady owner/manager I have membership. She said too late, to tell next time but points will apply. I've been going there for years. How can she apply points if I never got to present my code/membership? I love the boba here! I always get the original milk tea and always enjoy it every time. I walked out the door once after ordering a milk tea and accidentally spilled my drink all on the floor. I walked back in and they graciously made me another one without charging me. I definitely appreciated that kind gesture. The pho is pretty good as well. It's all on the pricey end but it is the Bay Area. Service is quick and efficient. Definitely recommend!

It was my first time trying Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea, and it couldn't have been on a better day--overcast skies, scattered showers, and I was feeling a little under the weather after a long day of lab and lecture. I'm usually cautious about trying new spots, but sometimes you just have to take the leap. The Seared Steak Garlic Pho immediately caught my eye--rich, flavorful broth that wasn't oily or heavy, with thick, tender slices of steak and slivers of garlic throughout. As both a pho lover and garlic lover, I was sold! To top it off, I ordered the Vietnamese Coffee, which was perfectly balanced--not too sweet, not too bitter, just right for a post-meal pick-me-up. The service was friendly, the food came out hot and fresh, and overall it hit that cozy-comfort-food spot perfectly. I'll definitely be back and recommending this place to friends!

My fiancé and I came here to eat before a movie at the AMC Mercado. We were enticed by the aroma of pho broth coming from the restaurant. It was late in the morning, so there weren't a lot of people eating there yet and we took a seat at a table in the center of the restaurant. The waiter gave us some menus and we decided on getting pho. I ordered pho with beef tendon while my fiancé ordered the whole works. The broth was nice and hot and there were a lot of noodles. I thought the amount of meat I had was okay but this place is much cheaper than other pho places nearby that serve the same amount of pho and meat. The restaurant had a screen where they were playing shows that customers can watch while they wait, and the volume is quiet enough that people can still have a conversation with each other. The service was good and they got to us quickly when we wanted to order or grab our check.

I am a big fan of this place when I'm in need for a quick slurp of pho! The restaurant has many tables for either solo diners or big groups. They seat you and take you order at the table, and within 5 minutes you have your pho. Other food takes longer I'm assuming because they must have the pho broth on hand. I love the fried veggie rolls and veggie spring rolls! Got my entire meal for $25. Always pay at the front.

Decent Vietnamese place in Mercado Shopping Center. I must passed this place a few times and was never tempted to go it. However, I was a little hungry after seeing F1 and decided to give it a try. I went with the Grilled Lemongrass Pork Chop plate. It was okay, although I had hoped it was a little better. I cleared my plate and was not dissatisfied. I know my Vietnamese food and this was just okay. My buddy at the Salt & Pepper Wings, which looked good. And, my buddy says it was good. Willing to give this place another try as it is close to my Go-To movie theater in the South Bay.

I love this location. The workers are always so nice. I use to come often and I love how they remember me and how I don't like white onions in my soup. Number 20 is my go to. This place gets busy on the weekends and during lunch hour but, the wait is never long. There is plenty of seating inside and out.

Always have to wait during lunchtime, but it moves quickly, so it's not too bad. Food is good and service is quick. We had the grilled pork vermicelli, popcorn chicken and fried tofu. It's all good. Their drinks are huge in size especially when you ordered iced drinks.

I met up with some friends for dinner and somebody suggested Pho. I never knew about this location of Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea. The restaurant is very large. They can accommodate large parties/groups. The place is simply decorated and clean. One friend ordered the Vegetable Pho. He thought it was decent. My other friend ordered the Grilled Chicken with Rice and he thought was good. I felt like having something different, so I ordered the Hot & Sour Seafood Pho: shrimp, salmon, squid, & pineapple (3.5/5). It was good. I didn't see or taste any pineapple. Sad face.
