As a truck driver have to say it was my best delivery ever made to customer. Definitely 5 star rating (would give more) had very nice conversation with - I believe- owner. Great place !

Customer service is not there. I tried all the numbers, and none of them will connect you to a live person. They direct you to an online store with no directions to find out if they can supply you with the parts needed for a replacement.

Did not stand behind a Kobo product and when it was sent back and not repaired, at our expense, they would not allow to send back for refund. Were told to ship on to customer and let him deal with the warranty. He was in Australia.
