If this is triple a towing services I'm at the right place. They sold me a 300 faulty battery and won't replace it and I have a three year warranty and purchased it three months ago. I was told from triple a it was my alternator and it's not And if I took it to a a mechanic shop and they put it in writing that it need to be replaced they would come out and replace it and I took it to dodge dealership paid 150 to check the battery and alternator And the replaced the auxiliary battery and didn't replace the main battery because I told them I had a warranty with triple a so they put it in writing that it needs to be replaced And it's gonna drain the auxiliary battery again.

This is a general review of AAA not any particular office. I went in today to get tour books for an upcoming trip. THEY NO LONGER HAVE TOUR BOOKS! They are now in digital form. I consider digital tour books completely useless.

On yesterday, April 23rd. I was stranded on the eway from an accident, several tow services rode right past me. Jonathan Wordlaw seen me , pulled up to help. What i appreciated most is that he was off duty , still went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much ( AAA) for having such a fantastic employee on your team.

I have had experiences with AAA, Allstate and State Farm insurance. AAA never call regarding payment issues. Allstate and State Farm will have an agent call. Is it any surprise that Allstate is our preferred agent for over 50 years? AAA, on the other hand has lost all of my families business in less than a year? AAA is horrible customer service.

After failing to turn up to provide a jump start for 56 hours I received a text message asking me if I still required service. I didn't see the message for a half hour or so because I was outside digging snow. When I saw the message and responded to it, the automated response informed me that that conversation was closed. I tried to recreate the service call to get someone to pull m other car out of a drift but after tapping the "stuck" button but the screen kept asking where I wanted the car towing to. I didn't need a tow, just a simple tug over a matter of a few feet. I used my time digging the car out rather than messing with the app which, I suspected, would only create a service call at the bottom of the priority list. Sending an automated message with no follow-up on day 3 of waiting for a truck is not what I pay for and I will be dispensing with AAA services in the future.

AVOID AAA INSURANCE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH AAA AUTO INSURANCE AFTER 20+ YEARS OF BEING INSURED BY THEM. I had never made a claim with AAA yet recently after leaving my car lights on the car would not start. Since I Pay AAA Insurance for Road Side Assistance, I contacted them. Road Side assistance did show up with a van full of batteries to sell. I explained that my car only needed a jump start. The tech proceeded to tell me all the reasons why I should replace my battery. After much to do he brought out his battery booster kit for jump starting cars. It did not start the car and he said it was because my battery had been drained of too much power. Because I was not going to purchase a new battery, HE LEFT. Yes AAA rode side service left me stranded. I called a friend and without a problem we jump started my car. Four months later that same battery continues to start my car every day. Afterwards trying to deal with AAA regarding this situation was always the same "I'm sorry this should not of happened. Please call back and ask for xxxx department for assistance." After hours on the phone with AAA I was told that the tech followed company procedures. AAA was ok that I was left stranded since I didn't want to buy a unnecessary new battery from them. Imagine how AAA would handle a claim if my home had a fire or my car was in an accident. I don't need to find out, I already know how AAA handles claims. There are plenty of other companies that sell reputable insurance.
