Came in to get a soup and sandwich. I order a soup and a sandwich. Lady takes the sandwich order. Once she's done she asks the back for the soup. No soup. I wouldn't have order would I have known that. Whatever... I pay and leave. Take my first bite of the sandwich and it tastes sour, bad. Open it up and I see the meat is all brown. Gross. Needless to say, stay away from this location.

The man was all alone and I don't think he spoke well English because many times I couldn't understand him and I don't think he could understand me. He wasn't very friendly and when I asked for a foot long pretzel he said no. After I asked about it a couple more times (oh wow I guess it was really popular today) he went in back and said he had one, and toasted it for me. It wasn't all the way toasted because the bottom was hard. No cheese sauce provided either. I let him know that I was going to grab my sweater from my car quickly because it was cold, and he didn't react well to that. Not sure of he couldn't understand what I was saying or if he just didn't approve. My sandwich was made perfectly well. So why the poor rating you ask, because the staff is rude. In front of me was a senior citizen placing a fairly large, fairly intricate order, and I could immediately sense the staff's irritation with him. They were rushing him, talking over him, damn near placing the wrong ingredients on his sandwich because they were in such a rush to get him out of there. The second hand embarrassment was real - they should've been ashamed to handle a customer in such a manner. Yes, the whole ordeal made me late for my doc appointment but guess what? Treating ppl with decency should trump meeting the bottom line during the lunch rush.

Stopped in to order two sandwiches , the man who waited on me was not courteous and very impatient. Acted like he was doing me a favor and not grateful for the business. When I got home the subs were for the first time so disappointing. Bread tasted stale-very dry. Subs ingredients were missing something and seemed very skimpy. Next time I think I will go to Jimmy John's around the corner. Maybe you should too ?

This was the first time I have stopped at this location and it was only because if the "Customer Appreciation" coupons I received in the mail. The footlong sub I selected off their posted menu, Turkey, Bacon, & Guacamole, I was told was not eligible and would have to be rung up as a Turkey sub w/ added bacon and added guacamole . There were no exclusions printed, I think it was misleading. I'd drive down North Avenue in either direction and go to the next Subway you see. The staff was polite.

Went here on a late Sunday night and got a few sandwiches, but there was no one in there. So as I was waiting, someone finally emerged and helped me out. Again it was dead in there but this guy was a little slower then I expected, so I was in there longer then I wanted to be. I ordered my sandwiches, and he put me extra meat without asking. So I'm appreciative for that

I've been here plenty of times before and had no issues. The reason I'm giving one star is that two nights in a row I went there to get sub's and when I arrived at 10:45pm they were closed. The doors were locked, lights off and no employees in site. This subway is supposed to close at 11:00pm and because the employee decided to close early they lost business.

although all subways are corporate and follow some form of similar infrastructure, I really enjoy this specific location because it is open during the week until 11 pm. it is always kept very clean too.I have noticed though that they cut their vegetables paper thin which I have not seen in other subways, perhaps this is just the owner cutting a few corners. regardless I frequent this subway quite often as it is next to my building. Overall, its great for a quick and affordable lunch.
