Went here for moms bday after many recommendations! We ordered the Hangry feast and some appetizers. Would not recommend the garlic bread it was a bit soggy but the hush puppies were some of the best I've ever had! Service was quick and friendly. And overall a great seafood boil place.

We were first-time visitors to this chain restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience this location. The staff was so unprofessional that we ended up walking out without ordering. Before giving up on the entire restaurant chain, we decided to give the Oakbrook Terrace location a try--and we're so glad we did! The experience there was the complete opposite: the staff was professional, friendly, and the service and food was top-notch. Our evening was completely saved. The Oakbrook Terrace location was AWESOME in every aspect!

Honestly, food is good, but if I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I've eaten at the store and gotten take out, service each time was horrible. It took my table 30+ mins for a water and putting drinks in, another hour to get our food. Take out was insanely unprofessional. When I arrived to get my take out, the staff was enjoying drinks and food at the bar, then proceeded to say they did not have my order, despite me purposely waiting to give the order extra time. After they "found" my order, I asked about where the lemonade I ordered was, they told me it was "in the bag"... needless to say, it was not. Anyway, 0/10, would NOT recommend.

Walked in there, was promptly seated, background music is very Urban street, lil baby, Sexyy red (Explicit) Customer experience is very poor, sat down with my party, did not have food menu or drink menu till 10 minutes after we sat down. Waitress DJ and other waitress then started arguing on top of us as we are seated on who will get to service us. That shouldn't be happening. Staff needs training.

Service was slow today, very atypical. Bartenders were not attentive. Dee stepped in and took care of us. Sent in our food order and made our drinks. Checked on us regularly. We received our food quick, hot and fresh! Thank you Dee for turning a rare disappointment into another enjoyable experience!

While in Oak Park a few weeks ago, I stopped in for a late lunch and loved it. I returned recently and realized that they ticked all boxes for me. The service was great. The food was outstanding. I ordered what I thought was an appetizer size of alligator with fries. It was a large platter. And all of it was beyond tasty. Because I had a mad appetite, I also ordered cajun linguine with chopped fried chicken. I even got some garlic bread for sopping the sauce. One thing to note about Cajun Boil is the advanced tip added to the bill. They advertise it prominently, so there is no surprise. The good thing is the service has not been awful to the point that I didn't want to give a proper tip.
