Do not order for delivery from this location!! They will not put any sauce in bag, ironically they put napkins in but not the specified Arby's sauce or Horsey sauce. I always order the maximum in hopes I'll get a packet of each but they purposely don't put them in the bag. Why do I think it's on purpose? Because who gets Arby's roast beef without any sauce never mind the specific 5 of each I ordered and it's 90% of the time I order.. Why would they do it on purpose? I think it's a lazy employee trying to sabotage the delivery orders so they won't have to work. I'm no rocket surgeon but I can read and put in a bag what is required! Well the lazy employee won, I have been screwed over so many times I won't order from the Jeffersonville location again, you win lazy worker, you win. For those that say "did you call the store?" Yes I did, they blamed the delivery driver saying they should have asked for sauces and when I replied "you seal the bag, how do they know you didn't put sauces in there?" She still wanted to lay the blame on Uber eats.

I'm a fan of Arby's. But this was a disappointing visit. My grandson ordered the Waygu Bacon Ranch Steakburger. A $10 burger that had no taste. Or, if it had flavor it was buried from their abusive use of sauce. Messiest sandwich I've seen produced in a fast food restaurant. Wear a bib for this one. I went with the Reuben. Light on "the meat", but the flavor was good. And kudos to the crinkle fries and soda machines that actually served full strength sodas. For my wife, I ordered the new ribeye sandwich. Let's just say it doesn't look anything like the picture. More like something from smash burger. But if the food is 3 stars (I've had better quality at other Arby's), the service got me pretty ticked off. As I said, my grandsons sandwich was so messy, he asked me to cut it in half so he could manage the drips. I went to the counter and waited with another fellow for help. And waited. And waited. Two clerks working the drive-thru (no customers) and the fryer looked straight at me and just ignored me. Finally, while our food was getting cold, I decided to pick up a small jar (charity) filled with coins and rattled it until I got someone's attention. I literally distracted the entire dining area. AND THEY STILL DIDN'T ADDRESS ME!!! Finally, someone, Josef, came from the back and offered to help. If not for him I might still be there. The manager needs to give some lessons in customer service and courtesy. Assuming one of the two clerks who chose to ignore me wasn't the manager.

I just hit his armies of all the time when I got out of class and it was on my way home. It's always solid to get establishment people there were friendly and I really love Arby's food can't go on those roast beef sandwiches

Absolutely every time ive visited this location ive been disappointed. Either they do not get my orders correct, or they do not put all items in the bag. When i return to get my missing items, im met with rude employees. Once they didnt add my 5pc tenders, when i returned they ask me to pull up and theyd bring them out to me. I waited 20 minutes, and went back to the window to find out they forgot they sent me to the waiting spot. I had to wait again. I shouldve just ask for a refund, but my son was waiting to eat like every one else. The last visit i ordered 2 buffalo wraps ($15) and some other items. At the drive-thru i ask for an extra roast beef and cheddar sandwich. She even ask me if i wanted the meal or just the sandwih.When they gave me the bag, i checked it and it was missing the buffalo wraps and the extra sandwich. She told the cooked, he said check the receipt. So we did and it had those wraps on there, but not the extra sandwich. They acted as if i was trying to get something free. I will never visit this location again.

Once again at Arbys woth my coupons. Ordered a ton of food to last for a few days so i dont have to cook. Im trying the fish sandwich for the first time...i have heard great things about it. Pictures to come soon.

This is strictly a review on the Ultimate Chocolate Shake. DO NOT BUY IT!!!!! The shake I received is actually lighter than the Jamocha Shake they sell. One pic is of the shake from their website and the others are what I received. There is absolutely no flavor what so ever. It's cold sweet cream. The only chocolate that you see in and on the shake I show. Not what I purchased, not what I expected. It went down the drain. I called the store twice to let the manager know and no one answered the phone.

It's Lenten season and we've been checking out the fish on Friday's. So we have been making the rounds. Stopped by this Arby's on Friday, March 16, 2018. Ordered from drive-thru. The order taker (don't know her name) but was a breathe of fresh air as far as fast food goes. She was kind, soft spoken but confident, offered me a better deal then I asked for and closed the order with a "It's been a pleasure to be of service to you." With that said, I pulled up and had to wait a little. I got my drink and an explanation that they were making fresh onion rings and if I could pull up. No one likes to hear that, but I'd sooner have fresh onion rings or any food fresh then been sitting in some warmer. She handled it in a very proper manner. I did have to wait longer than I anticipated I would, but finally my food arrived and the onion rings were fresh and hot. I'd given the review another star I think if the pull ahead and extended wait. I must say the fish (Crispy Style) was much better than McDonalds and a couple of other places in town. The fish was crispy, bun wasn't soggy and lettuce fresh. The onions were almost perfect, plump, juicy and fried nice and crisp. I'd stop back for the fish any day.

Never had a bad meal here, greater workers and consistently good fresh tasting food. I don't judge a location based one a onetime visit, I've been to this location numerous times and the food is always hot And tasty.

All the workers are on drugs..... you can't miss it. And they like to mess up orders and when you try to correct the mistake they made by telling them they made a mistake they get mad and will cuss you out. Very horrible customer service

This Arby's needs to be destroyed, rebuilt, and destroyed again to rid it of its evil spirits. I've lost track of how many times I've been asked to pull forward to wait for an order when I was the only customer in the drive through. I've also lost track of how many times they have got my order wrong. It always feels like the cashiers are working their first day. They rarely have advertised limited-time products. If my son didn't like their roast beef sandwiches, I would never go back again.
