They are always so quick, fresh, and kind! Love this location! Delivery is always spot on and the lady who brings it is always sweet!

I am disgusted by how I've been treated by this location. They were delivering my food without even so much as a knock at the door and leaving my food out in the sun for it to get hot along with my drinks and the app does not let you know when your food has arrived so I am not sure how long my food could've been out in the sun considering we do not have a porch or any overhang in front of our door. This has happened on several occasions. I have called about this issue three times. The first time I was told they would let their drivers know not to do this. The second time I called they said they would give me a credit in which they did. The driver came out today to deliver to me again and they knocked very aggressively on my door. She was mad because I called on her and even though she apologized, which did not come off as authentic mind you, she told me that she did not have time to hand every person their food and that if a customer wants their food handed to them it needs to be told in the app which is not true because I used to work at Jimmy Johns and we always hand the food over unless the customer states it is a drop off only. I just spoke with this locations GM, Paula, and she was very upset with me all because I am upset with how I have been treated. The GM said I was "harassing" them even though I'm the one calling to report how I've been treated. I was told I would be banned from all Jimmy Johns all because I am letting them know that I have not been happy with how I have been treated. I will be contacting corporate but just be warned if you ever have any issues with this store that the GM is going to make them seem like they are the victim. This is not the way you ever treat your customers, ever and I am considering not taking my business there anymore after being their customer since this location opened. Not to mention the sheer fact that most of the time they get your orders wrong such as adding items on the food that you said you didn't want or not even cutting the sandwich in half like you request. I absolutely do not recommend coming here especially with how astoundingly unprofessional they are and how accusatory they are towards their customers over issues you bring to their attention.

Im so happy that Jeffersonville got a Jimmy Johns in downtown Jeff!!! I use to order from my old job in Clarksville. They are Freaky Fast like they say. I love Jimmy Johns. Great sandwiches. Great bread! And a little something that people don't know...they sell their "old bread" at a cheap price. Great for parties and meatball sandwiches! And they make bread like every few hours...so it really isn't "old". I did it one year for a football party and went and bought the old bread...it was a hit! Im just so happy we can get Jimmy Johns delivered in downtown Jeff now. Thank you on so many tastebud levels! Oh and i forgot to ask them to cut them in half and for the hot peppers....but that was my fault. Next time!

I've stopped in at this location several times for drive through service. I always receive a kind greeting at menu/ordering intercom, and friendly service at the window. My order is usually always correct and fulfilled with no issues, however, today 1 of my 3 sandwiches was forgotten. I drove away (after double checking the bag) and didn't realize it until I arrived home! I immediately called and was offered to have my forgotten sandwich re-made. I also needed another one of my sandwiches remade due to an error on my part (yay toddler preferences and tantrums). For the inconvenience of my having to return to the store, JJ's staff kindly offered to make the second sandwich at NO additional cost, despite it being MY mistake! Overall, GREAT customer service EVERY time, above and beyond at this visit!

If I could leave no stars I would. Myself and some coworkers ordered food during our shift at the hospital. When the food was delivered we went downstairs to get it and it was no where to be found. We called the ER, as sometimes food gets delivered to the wrong doors, and it was not there either. When calling back Jimmy Johns to tell them we never got our food they did not do anything to try to make the situation right. Offered to have us reorder and have to repay for the entire meal. Completely ridiculous.

This place is portly run with new inexperienced drivers that lie about contacting the person and leave their food on a park bench infront of an apartment complex after taking over an hour to even be pretend sent. Had to call the store to find out where my food was to be informed that it was left on a park bench which no food was there. Would never again order from the place.
