Frog legs were so tender! The dressing of beet salad added too much acidity. Escargot was wonderful. Crepe was huge. Visited on restaurant week and found it a nicely decorated bar hidden in Chinatown.

We came here on a Friday night around 8pm and the place was at about 60% capacity. They are known for their frog legs, am I recommend trying them. We also got the Brussels sprouts and salmon and loved both dishes! The salad we ordered was a bit heavy on the dressing though, so watch out for that. Overall the vibe, good and service were great. This is an awesome spot for a date!

Loved this place. Once we saw "French tapas" we were sold and had to try it out. First time trying frog legs, and while it wasn't my favorite food, it was really fun to try. We had some other great dishes as well and the service was very friendly. Cozy place, great for a get together with friends before heading out.

The best bar I have ever been to since I moved to NY. The Cosmopolitan (my favorite drink) is delicious and the set up is like going back in time. If you want a quick trip to France I highly recommend coming to this bar.

Host and waitstaff were OUTSTANDING!  Friendly and prompt service.  Nice vibe.

But the food - steak tartare, ravioli with black truffle, cinnamon sugar crepe, scallops - was mediocre at best.

My favorite part was when we asked for butter and we saw the chef say "hell no" to our server.  We know you have butter; you cooked with it!  Lose the ego, my friend.

Vi tog oss till restaurangen efter en show och fann det perfekt mysigt och vänligt. 
Vi hade en kock utsikt plats som var underbart eftersom vi lever ta med personalen om vår måltid och be om rekommendationer. Det finns också mer intima sittplatser om du vill njuta av ditt eget sällskap också. 

Alla vi kom i kontakt med var mycket trevlig och fokuserade på oss, servicen var utmärkt. 

Maten var helt enkelt enastående och de små tallriksportionerna tillät dig att prova många smaker. Duck Rillet och Frogs Legs var bara två av våra favoriter. Om ni någonsin har velat prova grodlåren så är dessa de absolut bästa jag någonsin haft och en underbar introduktion. 

Kort sagt, ett härligt besök med underbar service, härliga cocktails och fantastisk mat.

Efter att ha läst recensioner från Trip Advisor bokade jag detta omedelbart när jag visste att vi skulle besöka Tenement-museet tvärs över gatan. Vi tre älskade atmosfären i denna petite men någonsin så charmiga restaurang. Johan, kockägaren, tillhör Jacques Pepins företag, han kanske faktiskt redan känner honom! Franska tapas - vem visste att det skulle vara ur denna värld? Vi hade tonfisk, escargots, bakad musroom och rosenkål och rosvinen var gudomlig! Servitören, vars namn jag glömmer, men han var från Delaware, var så expert i sin vård av oss, var uppmärksam, men inte blandade sig i vår konversation utom när vi frågade, vilket ofta var. Han var perfekt med sina rekommendationer från några av sina favoriter. Han fick 100 procent med var och en av oss. Johan arbetar i ett så litet kökutrymme och gör allt själv utan hjälp. Otroligt och vi kommer tillbaka nästa gång vi besöker NY. Du måste åka till denna himmelska plats.

Ursäkta min franska är en underbar, underbar, levande och charmig plats! ! !
Service och människor där är mycket söta och uppmärksamma, de får dig att känna sig hemma.
Maten är utsökt och handgjord framför dig av en autentisk och begåvad fransk kock, hans crepes är saftiga och det bästa jag någonsin haft (inte ens i Frankrike hade jag så bra!) Alla tapas är originala, läckra och gjorda med färska produkter.
Också deras cocktails är fantastiska, jag kan bara rekommendera denna plats och uppmuntra någon att komma in i denna lilla, mysiga, bedårande och minnesvärd plats, du kommer inte ångra det!

Trevlig peeps bor i denna plats så atmosfären är en av NYC: s finaste. Maten är enorm - prova kammusslor - en av de bästa jag har haft - och krabba toasts. Det ligger tvärs över gatan från Tenement Museum och ger en hjärtlig kontrast av hur långt vi har kommit i denna värld!

Åh ja! Efter att ha undvikit fällan att gå till en liknande namngivning Pardon My Frnch, hade vi skönheten att njuta av här den härliga, riktigt utmärkta tartaren, anka confit, brusselspirar på ett magiskt sätt och lax värt av royalty.

Tapas var utsökt ordnade, och urvalet av anpassade cocktails var perfekt att gå med det.

Gå på vintern, eftersom luftkonditioneringen inte fungerar riktigt bra, men!

Jag ska gå ofta!

Jag är en kött- och potatis kille. När jag fick reda på att vi skulle till en fransk restaurang för att fira mina döttrar födelsedag, var det första jag letade upp på menyn. De serverar små portioner som ska delas mellan mecenaterna. Så jag tänkte att jag skulle äta reglagen. Först och främst är platsen liten, men inredningen är fantastisk. Det gör platsen verkar större. Efter att ha varit i branschen under mitt arbetsliv trodde jag verkligen att de gjorde så mycket med vad de var tvungna att jobba med. Jag kan inte kommentera dryckerna eftersom jag inte dricker, förutom att säga att alla i vår grupp tycktes verkligen njuta av vad de hade och försökte flera av de signaturdrycker som erbjuds. Maten var mycket mycket bra. Jag försökte de flesta av de val som beställdes. Glidarna var stora, jag hade fyra. Brusselspirorna var läckra. Vitlök korv var riktigt bra. De andra sakerna som jag försökte var också bra men mina döttrar berättade inte vad de var. Desserterna var så typiskt franska, söta och välsmakande. Jag lämnade helt fylld och väldigt nöjd. Förhoppningsvis får jag en chans att besöka när jag kommer tillbaka till staden, eftersom jag bor i PA.

Njut av en lätt middag och en provtagning av ryes från topphyllan. Vi satt i baren, åtnjöt brusselspirorna och avrundade det med en fransk press kaffe. Bra atmosfär, trevligt rimligt prissatta vinlista.

Min fru och jag snubblat över denna söta lilla källaren nivå franska Café för en sen natt drink efter en natt ute i Lower East Side. Personalen var super vänlig och stämningen var utmärkt - - det kändes som vår lokala stadsdel plats men vi hade aldrig satt fot där innan. Inte prova mycket mat (förutom en smaskig efterrätt) men allt såg bra ut. Skulle älska chansen att gå tillbaka.

Denna lilla pärla av en plats är fantastisk med sin franska flare dess cocktails. Okej det är imitationskonst på väggarna men inredningen gör att du faktiskt känner att du blivit kastad tillbaka i tiden. Detta var ett första datum för mig och det var spännande. Mästaren största spänning var en liten tapas storlek plattor så jag hade några av dem och såg inte ut som om jag var överhettning men de var fulla av smak. Det här är något att definitivt försöka. Missa inte och i det område som det är i tvärs över gatan från hyreshuset museet gör en dag!

Denna plats är en fantastisk Sök. Inte bara är maten otrolig (anka confit och escargot är min gå till rätter) men atmosfären tar dig tillbaka till gamla världen Frankrike. Stora franska cocktails som sträcker sig från extra söta till absinthe drinkar som får dig att känna att du är i en speakeasy under förbudet. Personalen är super vänlig och hjälper gärna till med att välja en utsökt maträtt eller en drink. Min fru och jag försöker vanligtvis stoppa här om vi är i grannskapet och har tagit många vänner här som alla har älskat det!

Det här är en underbar plats, vi har varit där en gång, och två gånger, och en tredje gång osv. När du vet hur många val du har i New York, betyder det mycket, det betyder att denna plats har något speciellt, kanske deras utmärkta crepes (äkta crepe suzette att dö för), deras mycket bra vinlista, de läckra tapaserna biff tartare är fantastisk), en autentisk fransk touch i en mycket mysig atmosfär, varmt välkomnande, en härlig chef, hängivna till sina gäster komfort och tillfredsställelse, definitivt en plats att gå! Jag älskar det och jag går tillbaka igen om 2 dagar, och du borde också gå!

Vi snubblat över ursäkta min franska efter att ha besökt Tenement Museum tvärs över gatan. Fönstret fönstret bänk vi tog gav oss en stor trottoar - nivå utsikt över Orchard Street. Min 2 - för - 1 happy hour Kir Royale och min fru mousserande ros var utmärkt, liksom våra saucisson charcuterie och tapas. Vi var i närheten av nedre östsidan för att fira en viktig familjevenemang men vart ska vi gå? Jag hade inte mycket tillkännagivande att planera och började en restaurang söka allvarligt för att passa tillfället. Jag hände på denna unika kombination av mat (tapas) med en fransk stil och eklektisk drinkmeny. Jag mailade ursäkta min franska med avseende på att reservera ett bord och restaurangchefen - Ricardo svarade snabbt.

Detta är en mysig plats. Jag är säker på att det lockar många lojala lokalbefolkningen. Vi var en fest på 6 och beställde cirka 2 val varje. Rättvis varning, servering storlekar var större än förväntat. Alla objekt var läckra. Escargot, benmärg, skjutreglage, patte, etc var alla perfekt förberedda / presenterade.

Nästan glömde att nämna att bakgrundsmusik och atmosfär var rätt på mål för att matcha vår festliga stämning.

Om du är i grannskapet och du är lycklig att gå in och hitta ett bord eller en plats i baren eller ring framåt för att kontrollera tillgänglighet och gå - blir du inte besviken.
