We use RTC paratransit for pick up and drop off for my disabled senior father. My work schedule is not flexible (8-4pm) and without this service my father would spend most of his day in front of the TV. The idea of this service is good but the reality of use can described as a fallacy. The ride home from daycare is good but the pick up is COMPLETELY UNDEPENDABLE. They can be up to an hour late with no recourse and when you call to find out what is going on, their last of compassion, politeness, empathy and accountability INFUSES the problem RATHER THAN defuse it. No one cares about you or your loved ones, especially "Evon" with dispatch!!! This service promotes stress and worry. I am ashamed that my tax dollars goes to a service that lacks such accountability for those in need. Passing the buck at this company is their trade stamp. Someone needs to audit and revamp this RTC system and provide competent customer service training.

Not to be confused with the Nether Regions Transportation Center, which is the name of the brothel I operate out on Paradise in Vegas. Las Vegas is also known as Lost Veggies, because of all the vegetables used for things other than, well, eating. And it's easy for a zucchini to get lost in the cavernous crevices of Nevada, you know? I have haunted old memories of this bus service and this glitzy town, which I've been to on many occasions, from when I was a teenager well into my twenties. Of course it's a new and upstart service compared to most, but it does a good job considering it was designed to help a city a fraction of the size and population of today's Vegas. So it's a mixed bag really, sort of like making out with your girlfriend. This gets me around town when I don't have a car, although everyone has a car and you need one here too - but there are a lot of Buffets and good places to eat, and if you want to get to the strip on the bus it can be annoying on the bus. But the only similarly cheap alternative is one hell of a walk, and one I don't recommend.

Worst transit system in all of modern civilization! bus drivers non courteous... run early to vape.....will drive off when passengers are several feet from bus... the criteria for hiring bus drivers is fundamentally flawed! No supervisors managing routes.....putting in for a transfer back to the Midwest!!!!

Abysmal!!! Busses are always late. No compensation to those who spend $65 on monthly bus passes. Leave an hour early and you might still be late! Ridiculous service. Today's reason the bus is late (I call them every time now) There was a "Fare Box" issue. Which essentially means, instead of just allowing people to ride for free (due to THEIR technical foul) and honoring those with bus passes (to be there on time!) The bus would rather greed out and screw over people that need to get somewhere at a certain time. It's pretty sad that I have to leave 3 hours early JUST to make sure I get to work on time because they don't know how to follow a schedule.

I've been using the bus more frequently than usual and I have to give them credit. Taking the bus saves slot of resources and doesn't usually take too much more time. Most the drivers are very polite. There is wifi on the bus as well. They get bad reviews because the majority people have 1 bad experience and make an account and come slander. Anyways, thanks #RTC.

Absolute worst public transportation I've every used. The buses are constantly late or they just don't show up. The 101 bus is always always ALWAYS 1hr or more late when I get off work and head home.

The most ambitious transportation plan in the nation, Project Neon looks incredibly impressive. Special thanks to the RTC for sharing these plans with us in the meeting this week. Months ago, I went to a meeting surrounding the high speed train from Las Vegas to California. Very interesting meeting to learn about the challenges between the border of Nevada and California with those high mountains, passes and various land laws for the areas that train will travel when the train passes areas that are difficult for cars to climb.

just trying to figure out how to use the schedule??? I am new here and am trying to get from point a to point b (not so easy if your not familure with las vegas). and the literature provided is awful. So i try calling the 800 number... busy for the last hour and a half... are you kidding me? I guess it's time to call uber or lyft. see ya RTC.

Unreliable at best. Employers don't even consider this "reliable transportation ". This is just a shame.
