I was craving a salad for lunch today and decided to try saladworks since its been some time since I've been to one. I downloaded the app which was super easy. My salad was tasty, easy to order and pick up. I would come back for the rewards points and easy of ordering through the app.

The salads at this location are not fresh and the portions are much smaller than other Saladworks. Sad experience. I'm afraid that I may get sick.

This location lost a customer today. Me. The salads have gotten smaller! The server even confirmed that it was less than it used to be. The server scooping up the ingredients was literally measuring in containers the size of a tablespoon. I asked for dressing on the side. She didn't even fill the tiny dressing container. No roll was offered until I asked. This was a Greek salad with no meat, costing over $15.00. Lastly, the ingredients are not the quality they used to be either.

There were no pickles, the chips were 40% less fat jalapeño which are terrible and they didn't say anything about that when the order was picked up. There was no indication online to tell you that they were not available either.

Visit here often - typically very good. Got a salad tonight and was substantially less than usual. When called to complain, I was told they are under new management and are giving smaller portion sizes. Not worth the money anymore - will not be returning!

Can't tell you how excited I was for this place to finally open! Before this location opened my colleagues would schlep to the location in Delran, from Pennsauken. I've never actually been inside of any other Saladworks location, so I have to say I was impressed. It was pretty crowded when I walked in; however it was organized. The line was moving and there was no chaos involved. Love the idea that you can build your own salad, but their options are pretty good as well. Previously I've have something "Fire Roasted" from what I could remember and this time around I had the Tomatillo Chicken Salad. DELISH! Since it's so close to work I know this won't be the last time I visit SO I decided to sign up for their rewards program.
