It was my first time at this location in this city. The wait for a table wasn't an issue at all. It was around 7:30 PM when we arrived, and it was empty for a Friday night. At the time, there were only five tables that had customers. The decor and atmosphere were typical of Applebee's. We sat down, and our server, "Kiera M," came to the table immediately. She was very pleasant, attentive, and answered our questions. I noticed her consistency of kindness with every table she served in our section. We placed our order for drinks, appetizers, and entrees. The food came out promptly. I haven't eaten at an Applebee's in years. We all ordered buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks. The wings and taste were exactly like I've always remembered them to be. Whenever I went to Applebee's, that's all I ordered. Our experience was great, thanks to Kiera, as well as our food choices. I suggest you check them out.

I've been coming to this particular location for a few years because I love the friendly staff. Today, I requested Kareem to cook my food. He delivered! Everything was great! That Grill Chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection!

went in to order take out and sat at the bar. someone approached me 5 mins later "there's no free seats at the bar and had to leave" wont be back again

Both servers were attentive and friendly. Everything else was AWFUL. Cold fries, skunky beer, out of stuff. 5 bones is apparently a half rack. MAYBE 3 ounces of meat on them. I go into Applebees with low standards, but my god they've just stopped making any effort whatsoever. Normally I wouldn't even mention the no free dessert on your birthday, but since I'm already frustrated I'll throw it out there.

Our server tj was super nice and a good server no issues. But very disappointed with the food. The honey pepper chicken Mac and cheese was so bland, and the noodles were mooshy and over cooked. Plus it was cold. Served with penne noodles and not the spirals as usual. Cheese sauce was thin and looked like it came from a jar. Just not what we were expecting. The environment itself was nice and quiet it wasn't crowded and at and food came in a timely manner.

We drove by the restaurant twice without realizing we were only 300 feet away due to the signage not being illuminated. In the past, we have visited this particular location on several occasions, and each time, it appears that the quality of the service declines. The hostess attempted to seat us at the table, but we chose another table after visibly noticing the first one wasn't clean. One upside was that the mood was quiet and pleasant. Let's discuss services. While our waitress was pleasant and efficient in taking our order, there were obvious delays in the food, beverages, and other items. Although we were aware that we wouldn't receive Michelin 5-star treatment here, we were nevertheless shocked by the ticket times on everything. Simply based on substantial clues, I will say that I do believe some of the menu items were microwaved or possibly cooked in oil products that need to be changed. Our beverages were okay. The ole fashion was more of a mixed drink and lacked a few essential ingredients, and I was taken aback to see that the beer was poured from a bottle instead of a tap, which was the special. The server actually admitted this, and we knew something was up as glass the was short 3 ozs. Although I'm sure there are other wonderful Applebee's Bar + Grill locations, this one seems to be missing the mark.

We were told after we sat down and ordered that they were out of Boneless wings. We asked if they could do a substitution of chicken fingers for the sampler. Our waitress asked the manager and they said they could do it. Once we placed our order, the waitress came back and said they actually couldn't do a substitution. We ended up leaving, although we waited a while between getting a table, getting a waitress, and ordering.

Call me crazy but I don't think this is medium well. Look at the mash potato's :| why don't they check the steak before they send it out. based on the other reviews which I barely just saw they clearly lack all the things a restaurant needs to have to become and remain a thriving location, they seriously need to fire some people. $40 down the drain :(

It's hard to put in to a worded review how poorly operated this restaurant is. Restrooms are filthy and not stocked. Only two servers working during a Saturday lunch, which resulted in a ten min wait for a table despite the restuarant being 20% full. Over an hour wait for three salads. Never brought a tea refill in 1.5 hours. The salad was weird. Balsamic drizzled in a dumb pattern, not enough for the actual salad. It's my fault though. I should have known better.

The waitress was nice, but the food was not good, and my burger was slightly raw. The place was almost empty and the atmosphere was not good. Do not eat here
