Standard issue dominos pizza and boneless wings. Busy shop in the west shore plaza that seems to be busy with deliveries all the time along with plenty of take out. The store is modern and nice looking. Staff is friendly enough and quick with handing me my prepaid pizza order. The last pizza just didn't have the normal flavor I'm used to. Not sure if it was undercooked slightly (it was) or one of the ingredients were missing seasoning or who knows WTF. Had this pizza been great, I would've given this location 5 stars but only feeling like 4 today. sorry. I will get pizza here again, but maybe the Eisenhower Blvd location is slightly better.

If you want a long wait time and horrible customer service than this location is for you. We placed and order that was running two hours late so we called and were put on hold for 20 minutes. A man named Jeremy finally answered and told us it'd be another 90 minutes before it would even leave the door. When we explained that was very late he got extremely rude and shouted at us. We cancelled the order and I won't ever order from there again.

I just wanted to let everyone know that the delivery staff, especially Marietta is amazing. I have been a loyal customer of Domino's Pizza for years. The delivery driver was so sweet and so amazing. I am disabled and she made sure that she walked my order to the door and helped me, get it inside any chore that I was safe before she left. This store is so much better than many in the area. I will definitely be ordering again. They are so amazing. The manager was so nice when I talk to him. I cannot just thank Marietta enough and I hope that she delivers everyone's food and makes them feel as good as I did as a customer some days just seeing someone else smile and happy to make you feel like you are the only Customer in their business is above, and beyond what I expect from a pizza shop or a fast food restaurant!!! Hopefully everybody experiences the same feeling and the Customer Care that I have had!!!

I do a lot of business with dominos pizza for my job. I buy pizzas for my customers and ALWAYS order a week ahead. This time I arrived to pick up my preordered pies at the agreed time and was told I'd have to wait 20 minutes because they were working on a 30 pie order despite having placed my order a week ago. But I ordered my pies for NOW. The worker was unapologetic and shrugged, saying I'll get to them when I can. We've had problems with this place before. The only reason I use Dominos Lemoyne is because we have a corporate account with them. I'd stay away from this place if I were anyone servicing businesses. This is Not acceptable behavior.

Tried again, against advisement. And still the worst ever, arrived cold, driver even said he went to the end of cul-de-sac to the wrong house. Order took 57 mins from the time we ended placing three order to when it arrived. We live less than a 9 minute drive in traffic. Should have ordered with the rest of the group from CH hut. Thus arrived in 38 minutes, warm, gooey cheese, hot, and with a smile. However it dud chime with no excuses. Dominos can save their free pizza awards on my account they probably taste just as bad. All I can think is that this location went under new management or the tall young man that used to make the pies is no longer there.

ordered a thick hawaiian pizza. Received a thin (almost non-existent) crust. That is the WORST pizza I have ever had in my life. I can't believe they actually sold that. EWWW and a round pizza was cut up in small square slices which made it dry as heck when it got home. I hope we don't get sick off of this tonight. It was a medium and we paid $16.00 for it. There is a special tonight three topping pan pizza for $7.99. Think that clerk would tell me about it. I could have ordered pineapple, ham and red peppers for my three toppings. Not only is the pizza bad, but the help stinks. I still have that taste in my mouth. I need to stop typing and go puke. Yes, that bad.
