This is fraud company. Super unprofessional, completely unreliable and on top of that Rd ran by a scammer. My podcast paid $160 for a hr session .. split into 2.. When we arrived to record the owner was gone , left his friends there who did not know how to setup for a podcast so my guest and I had to wait an hour for them to setup then when it was time to record . I asked the engineer did he check the levels like to test the sound and he cursed at me and guest and told us it's not his f*ing job; he's a rapper and the owner went to the Jamaican store so he started recording us without knowing if the sound was correct the owner arrives 1hr and 45 mins in .. after us waiting an hour and recording 45 mins of unusable audio .. he comes and I told him about the issues he apologized and said we could still record and he would return my money. His friend goes next door and proceeds to blast music and do an audio FaceTime call over the speaker that u could hear on our podcast . To the point the owner had to go next door and ask him to stop cuz it was effecting our session. Then at that point I no longer wanted to record so we wrapped up. I spoke to the owner both there and when I left and he constantly assured I would receive my audio that could be salvaged and refund since we literally only recorded 45 mins worth of audio & I paid for 4hrs and it was so many mishaps I wouldn't want to use again. For 2months I begged for my audio , and then refund after it became clear through the random excuses of him saying he's on vacay , has a family emergency . This guy had no intent on refunding our money or our sending the audio our session was November 24th it is now February 27th . He has yet to refund us or send audio . He has blocked me and my cohost on social media and literally at this point I have to file in civil court to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. He is unprofessional, immature , inexperienced, unreliable, a crook, and will keep your cash with no services rendered. I will be reporting to the BBB on him as well because no human who paid their hard earned money should ever have to endure this kind of unprofessional and rip off behavior .
