What a delight! I needed a close pho lunch near Fairmount and i was happy to see this place opened about 8 months ago up on Ceicel B Moore and 23rd. I called in a a particularly large order (I added pictures here of the new menu as well). Between trying a new pork noodle dish, the banh mi, pho, and and short rib broken rice, the flavors were amazing and the prices were better than ordering online. The woman let us know to give her a call back if there was anything we didn't like and she gave us excellent service. This is only a to-go shop, so while there are no chairs, the place is clean and simple and they have plenty of forks and spoons and the vibe was right. All in all, the pics speak for themselves. Would definitely try more of the soups here soon and I'll be back to help this local spot!

I am not sorry I helped out Pho Ruby with a $15 order because it looks like they really need the money. This was some of the worst food I've ever had. I ordered veggie summer rolls. I should have opened the bag before I left. The "rolls" were brown rotten iceberg lettuce, dry old tofu that that had to have been a week gone, and 1-2 vermicelli noodles per roll. Do not eat here, it must be close to closing.
