Please please do not book this shuttle service if you care about getting home! I have been using this service for a few years and it has gotten worse and worse until finally it is unbearable. I just spent 4 hours waiting at the airport for them and when they showed up, the van was full of other incredibly angry revolting passengers who had been waiting 4 or more hours as well!! One woman was so disgusted she jumped out of the van and went to call an Uber (and this is from Newark to Philly!) They lie to you about pickup times and have zero regard for your time or plans. I ended up not being able to pick my cat up from the vet because they took over 7 hours to pick me up and get me to the shuttle home spot!! The last few times I had to wait 2 hours and kept telling myself, oh well it's the busy season. But this time, it took me from 2:30pm until 8pm just to get home! And many other passengers were waiting longer than that! There was a revolt going on in that van and it was not pretty. Just do yourself a favor and pick some other shuttle service or use an uber because it is actually cheaper (believe it not!!) and will drop you off at your door! I'm done with this company and will tell everyone I know to never use them again. I hate to leave reviews in general, but I hope no one has to deal with this awful service like we did.

This is a usual review! I arranged for SuperTrans to pick me up on 12/25 to go from Philly to JFK Airport. We had a traveler's worst nightmare: my reservation got lost and the shuttle left Philly without me. I had a moment of panic but they made good on the situation and more. They called one of their private drivers, who picked me up. (And he actually saved my bacon, as it turned out I'd left my passport at home! He had a friend pick it up and meet us halfway to NYC.) I did have to pay extra for the service but it was well worth it, considering my passport snafu. Then, they gave me a comp ride to JFK a month later when I had another trip. A bad situation made good.

I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. Worst shuttle company ever. They were extremely rude, and uncivilized during the whole trip. And my mom flight was late through no fault of her own and they refused to pick her up. I don't know how they're still in business

Super Trans is beneath contempt: This is a review of shuttle service from Newark EWR to Philadelphia. A family member was flying from Singapore arriving early in the morning so I intentionally called the company to confirm that Super Trans would have shuttle service at the time of his arrival. Not only did this company verbally misrepresent that they would pick him up at Newark shortly after his arrival early Monday morning, they specifically instructed him to call from the baggage claim so that they could instruct him on where to meet the shuttle. When he called, he received a recorded voice message saying to call back later - after a 19-hour flight from Asia. He had to wait for three hours before boarding the shuttle then had to change shuttles somewhere outside of Philadelphia for the final ride to a nearby hotel - no, they do not drive passengers home, even if it is 5 minutes away. Do not patronize Super Trans: Instead take the New Jersey Transit train to Trenton then cross the platform for the SEPTA train to Philadelphia, take a taxi from there. In retrospect, taking an Uber would have been better, hardly worth waiting three hours for abysmal service. The bar for airport shuttles in the U.S. is already low; for Super Trans, the bar is subterranean. Look at the other reviews on Yelp: All one star - that alone indicates an abysmally low quality of service - and if you call, they lie to you. Do yourself a favor and never, ever, under any circumstances patronize Super Trans - you will live to regret it.

I called this company to inquire about their services and I spoke to this lady who claims she owns the business. She's rude and has no good customer service skills. She talked like I'm bothering her with my inquiries, which mind you, are valid questions. I asked for non shared vehicle service & she exclaimed "it's very expensive". I didn't ask if it was expensive or not, I asked for how much. The rest of my questions were addressed like I am asking her a favor. I reminded her that if I wanted the service, I will pay for it. When I verified more info about stops and time frame, her response was "I don't know". How on earth can you make options when the response you get is "I don't know". Not to mention she randomly put me on hold with no warning. Nevertheless, I didn't book any service through this company because I didn't like the way this lady named Teresa (so she says) spoke to me. If this lady represents this company and doesn't know how to deal with customers, then she's not representing anything good to come. Clearly, when I read all the reviews here, it made sense that this company don't even deserve a one star. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company. Waste of time!!!!!

I don't know how I missed all of the bad bad reviews. Delaware Express was who we normally use but for some reason we chose this fly by night outfit. The driver was on his phone speaking what sounded like Arabic, and he confirmed it when he said he is Palestinian. We waited over two hours for our scheduled pickup at JFK, and was told he needed lunch. We had just been on flights for over 18 hours, and then here comes Bozo. Read all of the reviews, and then book with another company. Delaware Express comes to mind, as they don't employ anyone like Bozo !!!!

I booked them online for a shuttle for JFK. My credit card was charged in advanced according to the rates stated in the website. For my surprise, a couple of days later (after the service was done) another charge appear on my statement. I contacted the customer service and they couldn't explain the charge at first and would give me a follow up. Today I got a phone call saying the extra charge was because the low number of massagers that day. I argue saying that in any moment this extra charge was mention (neither on the website or in person) and they were unapologetically. Would definitely not recommend to anyone!

Very bad company the driver was on phone the whole time I arrived in Philly after 5 hours and because the driver was on phone he switched my bag with someone else and he didn't focus he was busy with phone when I arrived home I saw that the bag, not mine when I told him, he told me I will go bring it just give me two hours I was waiting and he didn't call and come. I called in the morning they said to wait two days for what and it's not my fault even if he is off from work he has to bring it cause he has to handle what he did and I have important stuff. First and last time to go with this company. You don't deserve a rate seriously.
