If you are looking for where to stay in Nashville, Tennessee near the Germantown neighborhood area then research might lead you to the Germantown Inn which is a luxury boutique hotel. I was in town to have some fun in Nashville and the historic Germantown neighborhood where the Germantown Inn is located has a lot of great old houses and buildings. There are a lot of great restaurants and bars located near the Germantown Inn and they really treat you great here with a complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks along with a nice breakfast. Nice property. Great location. Nice peeps. Parking. Breakfast is adequate. Small rooms. Overpriced. The renovations they have undertaken are nice--and I love me the orange scented bathroom products--but hard to reconcile the value proposition unless small and cute is what you crave and price is no object. The television in the sitting area is a torture; kills the solitude and the old-timey vibe and says MAYBE THIS IS A SHOPPING MALL SPORTS BAR DENTIST'S WAITING ROOM.

My wife and I loved our visit. The Germantown Inn is so homey and quiet. Everything was clean, well maintained and staffed with friendly people. It's within walking distance of the convention center and Broadway touristy area. There are plenty of places to eat within Germantown. Check out Little Hats Italian Market! Uber can pick up right out the front door. My only wish list item would be for a ceiling fan above the bed, but we travel with one anyway. Totally recommend.

I was disappointed with my experience here given that I was expecting it to be a "luxury" hotel and paid a hefty amount to stay the night ( $400+). In my opinion there was nothing luxury or high end about this place. Remember to ask for the door code because the only way inside to get to the reception area is to punch in a passcode to unlock the door. On the plus side, they allow dogs in certain rooms so we were able bring our dog with an additional $50 pet fee and the staff members are friendly. On the down side, the Adam Room that we stayed at was nothing special. The room was right next to the entrance of the building so you can hear people come in and out the building, or stomp up and down the stairs. It is also next to a small parking lot where you can hear people close their car door and trunk. You wouldn't want to open your window blinds because there is no privacy. I can't speak for the other rooms in the hotel, but at least in the Adam Room, there was no refrigerator to keep food and water bottles in. The AC was functional but super loud. It woke me up a few times. I think perhaps the steep price is due the neighborhood and walkability to restaurants. This is not the place if you are expecting room service. They don't serve dinner. I would not recommend this place if you are expecting a luxury boutique hotel.

Lovely newly refurbished spot near Nashville downtown! Fantastic neighborhood with so many food and drink options within walking distance (and free parking to boot!). Friendly staff and happy hour snacks/wine added to the fun. Would definitely stay here again to explore the neighborhood or hop across the river to East Nashville. The room was large and very comfortable. Would love to come back and enjoy the beautiful courtyard in warmer months. Don't miss this gem!

I highly recommend this place! It was beautiful. Chrissy and Amy were so sweet and accommodating. We stayed in the Jefferson. The king size bed was clean, plush, and extremely comfortable. All the extras in the room were a nice touch. They had a charcuterie, local beer and wine hour from 5-6. Yummy!! There are many little cozy areas to sit. Rooftop, garden area, and inside gathering space. This place just had a great vibe overall!!! You will want to stay here. Parking included

My wife and I stayed last night as a night out for our anniversary. I got the "romance" package, which was executed perfectly by the whole staff. Plus, the service given to all the guests, that we could see, was top-notch. Loved the charcuterie and wine happy hour, and the romantic touches up in our room! Thankfully, they are very pro-mask here, and the guests all respected that. All in all, a fantastic place to stay!

I didn't get the pleasure of staying here - but I would die to do so. I went to a Heels & Handshakes event, hosted here. What a charming spot! The courtyard and "lobby" area was quaint, adorable and looked as a dream. We had the pleasure of hearing the history of the building from the innkeeper and developers. Word on the street is their building a carriage house behind it too! I'm looking forward to doing a staycation here soon!

I travel A LOT, so trust me when I say I basically live in hotels. The Germantown Inn is by far the best experience I've ever had - truly a home away from home. Veda (the manager) is one of the most welcoming women you will ever meet, and her dog Wrigley is the icing on the cake. From the comfortable beds and modern, artistic furnishings to the home cooked breakfast and happy hour, the Germantown Inn pays attention to every detail. I've stayed there twice now and have left with new friends each time. The hospitable atmosphere makes it impossible not to. I'll be finding an excuse to visit Nashville more often, that's for sure.

I wish I could give this place a review with more than 5 stars!! I legit don't wanna stay anywhere else when I come back to Nashville! Everyone was SO NICE who worked there and Hope and Chrissy at the front desk were dope! OK here's everything I loved: -Chrissy upgraded my room to The Jefferson as soon as I got there! Everyone who works there genuinely cares about you and your stay there and it's palpable, the hospitality is amazing. -The place is just plain cool. There is a fun garden patio to lounge, a rooftop patio for another sweet spot to hang, as well as the common area inside which is chic / cozy / open. Parking spots for guests and plenty of parking too. -Breakfast every morning and even better is charcuterie wine hour! I was told that at 5pm they serve wine and charcuterie (great spread) and guests can hang and meet. Talked with Hope and another guest for over an hour, had some laughs and great chats, and with me being an out of towner, Hope gave me the inside scoop on Nashville and the best spots (non touristy)! One of my chillest memories of Nashville from my trip. -The theme of everything at The Germantown Inn and the room is awesome! Super cute decor, some presidential pop art, a desk that makes you feel you have a study, the bathroom was modern and spacious and cool, tall ceilings, legit super comfy bed, and even little things like Fiji water put out for you and a robe in the closet. The layout of the room was just A+ I cannot recommend this place enough and on my next trip I'm booking it 100%!!!
