My husband and I ate dinner here before the Drake concert. I wouldn't have considered eating here, except a few weeks before the concert I received an email from Ticketmaster about upgrading our concert experience. If I remember correctly, the meal tickets were about $39 per person. The ticket included all food and dessert and any non-alcoholic drinks. I believe the menu changes for each event. I would describe the food as an upscale version of a buffet. The food was spaced out nicely on different tables (i.e. carving station, salad table, dessert table, side items table). I enjoyed all of my food, but especially the smoked turkey with chutney at the carving station and the chickpea salad. I also had a well-made dirty martini (which can be very easy to mess up). Our server was very nice and the restaurant was clean. Most importantly, here are the MAIN reasons why you should dine here before a concert or game..... 1. Dining here before an event affords you a separate entrance with a much, much shorter line! The will scan your ticket outside of Bridgestone, run you through a security scan, and send you up a separate elevator that gets you directly inside the building. No long lines!! 2. Making a reservation motivates you to arrive to Bridgestone early. Once you skip those lines, you can just relax and enjoy your meal. You just go to your seat whenever you are ready. No worrying about traffic delays or having to find a restaurant downtown somewhere with long wait times. 3. There is a bar inside the Patron Club...so shorter lines to the bar and way better liquor options. (It's not all tequila). And yes, you can take your drink with you to your seat. 4. And maybe most important of all....the Patron Club has it's own bathroom. Hallelujah!

The Narrative: Another great visit to the Patron Club pre Predators game. Great food; service by Benjamin was terrific; martini as ordered! Tips: Service is fast but they allow you to linger. Take the elevator by the team store. Discount for season ticket holders.

Who knew such a classy place existed within the same arena mostly known for sporting events? Yet right in the heart of the Sommet Center in downtown Nashville lies the Suite Level Club, a cultured affair of taste. Are you going to watch your favorite pop artist perform? Cheer on the Preds? Catch the latest show? Well then, make plans to come early and reserve a spot at the glorious buffet that is the Suite Level Club. Granted, it seems almost a bit crass to call this a buffet; in fact, the restaurant itself refers to it as the "chef's table". Whatever you call it, know that there are tons of hand crafted meal options to be enjoyed until you are content. Open 1-2 hours prior to most events, the Levy Restaurant offers a multitude of hand-carved meats, main dishes, side offerings and unbelievable desserts. Just make sure to call ahead to place your reservation. The atmosphere is classy-but-casual, where you will find diners dressed from formal even wear down to shorts and sport shirts. And don't worry - the staff excels at giving you great service as well as getting you to your seat on time.

I have eaten here many times before hockey games and have never had a bad experience. This is a buffet on a much better level than your average buffet. They usually have 3-4 choices of meats including a seafood and fowl choice. Most nights they offer a carved meat. They usually have 2-3 Salad choices and 3-4 starch choices that sometimes include veg. They often have a cheese table set up. The choices are not extravagant but often interesting. The dessert table has turned into a "shot" sized sampler table. They used to have larger servings for desserts but I am sure folks got theirs and then had one or two bites. This is wasteful so the smart option is to serve bite size servings. I am a fan as I don't really need to eat a full size serving and this way I can try a couple of different desserts. The staff is wonderful and always attentive without pestering you while you are trying to eat or talk. It is highly recommended to have reservations however on a slow night you might be able to get in. If you have a chance be sure to visit and eat here!

My husband & I are in Nashville for the weekend to see Dan + Shay tonight. We booked dinner here THREE months ago based on convenience of the concert being at Bridgestone and having to walk from our hotel. We already had our day planned out around the timing of our reservation, but 4 hours before our reservation, someone called my husband from the restaurant and said someone had booked a private event & they could no longer hold our reservation. WHAT?! So, some rich person comes & books the space last minute and us normal people that have had reservations for three months don't matter?! What HORRIBLE customer service! Someone needs to take charge & handle this place in a professional manner.

We had two reservations for a party of 10 and 2, both were canceled last minute with no explanation or recommendations for other places. We were in Nashville celebrating multiple birthdays and made reservations 2 months in advance. It was ridiculous and very unprofessional that less than 24 hours before our reservation date , it was cancelled. We all were vaccinated and could show our cards. I would definitely not recommend this place if you are counting on integrity or any type of respect of planning in advance.

In addition to being a pre-hockey destination, The Platinum Club was also my wedding reception venue (it's pretty much a citizenship requirement that a Canadian get married in a hockey arena when living abroad). The staff is wonderful to work with and made the planning process as stress-free as possible! Whether it's a private event or a game day, the food has always been great! The upstairs bar is classy alternative to concession stand beer before a game if you're feeling a little fancy. For the wedding, they set up a private table for us upstairs and blocked off the stairs to give us somewhere to breathe and get an uninterrupted sip and a bite before being announced. And even though it's in a hockey arena, you'd never know if when the space is set up for an event. They are not lying when they tell you the place is soundproof. A concert ended up being scheduled at Bridgestone Arena during our wedding (was not scheduled when we booked) and we never heard anything; we never would have known there was anyone else in the building if they hadn't told us. I can't say enough great things about the staff, and especially Kelly, my contact person throughout the wedding planning process! If you don't have a wedding or other event to plan, at least go grab a buffet dinner before the next Preds game!

Terrible experience! The food was lukewarm and mediocre at best. We left the table to get dessert from the buffet. When we returned, everything except a paper cup with tea had been cleared from the table. Even though we told the waiter we would be back, you could see the buffet from our table, and our purses were left at the table. While eating dessert, I took a drink of my tea and realized something was in the cup. Someone had cleared my plate and put the garbage in the tea cup and left it on the table. If I would have had any idea there was garbage in my tea, I wouldn't have drank from it. I asked for the manager (a women) who acted as she could have cared less. She offered to get me another tea. Only after our waiter offering to get the head manager was my meal comped. Not worth anywhere close to the $31.00 price. I could have eaten better from a food vendor at Bridgestone for a whole lot less money. I will NEVER return.

It was horrible, the chicken was dry, turkey was rubbery. So disappointed, it was my boyfriend's birthday and wanted to have a special experience with the Preds tickets. The only editable items were the desserts, delicious.
