They were SO helpful! My family want to go on a cruise so I decided based on good reviews to call them. They were so helpful and friendly. I got to talk to someone who gas been thete for a long lo g time and she fave me some good advice and I was so shocked it didn't cost me money and also she didn't push me to go with them abd for that I really recommend them and will use them in The future . Definitely aptly named. It was our first cruise and a bucket list cruise. Our TA, Gayle Takashima, stepped us through the entire process with recommendations and suggestions and made decision making painless and simple. It was a seven day Alaskan cruise and Gayle showed great patience in working with us and some, sort of, incessant questioning. I would highly recommend Cruise Specialists, and Gayle, for any cruise you might be considering

Yes, this is a great travel agency and it's well named. They definitely specialize in cruises. I heard about them aboard a cruise actually that I had booked directly with the cruise line. Now I usually get perks such as ship's credit and free bottles of wine. Cruise Specialists sometimes offer their own shore excursions which are cheaper than the cruise lines'. Also, I live in New York City and they are located in Seattle and that's not a problem. We communicate via email or telephone. I definitely recommend them to everyone.
