Presidential Transport is top notch. They are professional, timely, and have a super friendly staff. They have a wide variety of transportation options and are great at creative logistics. We have been using PT for our art walk to increase accessibility across this free public neighborhood event. The party bus has been a super popular (and very FUN!) way to get around town during our event. We are even thinking of adding karaoke next month! (the has a tv screen and sound system) Highly recommend !

Our driver was Brandi and she was incredible! On time, beyond helpful, connected with the kids, patient and just created an overall amazing experience for Homecoming! Presidential Transportation provided service beyond my expectation. Our driver was courteous, friendly and accommodating. We used the service for our Little League Softball team with 20+ people. We had a blast going to the Mariners then picked up after to tour Seattle by night. We had an unforgettable experience especially either the kids. They've never gotten a treat like this. It was over the top when we got the added bonus of a stop at Kerry park. Their price was affordable and competitive. I highly recommend this company. The deserve more than 5 stars.

I hired Presidential Party Bus for a teen birthday party. The owner, Prez, was professional and gave me a good rate. He seemed eager to provide a good experience for the kids. However, the experience took a turn on the actual day, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The driver was not professional. He wasn't dressed appropriately for a special event driver. More importantly, during the drive, he stopped at a convenience store to get himself food and drink. The kids started freaking out as they didn't know where they were and didn't expect any stops. They all started calling their parents in a panic, causing a lot of concern. I couldn't reach the driver on his cell, so I called Prez. He acknowledged that the driver's actions were unprofessional and offered 15 more minutes of drive time. However, at that point, all the parents and I didn't want to leave the kids in his care, so we asked for them to be dropped off immediately. The teens then relived the event in person to their parents. Finally, the bus driver asked to speak with me. He said there was no water on the bus, so he pulled over to get water for the kids. He claimed the kids said they had money to buy their own water, so he just got himself some water (but didn't get any to have on hand for the bus). The kids stated that was not true, not only did he get water/drink for himself, but he also came back with food for himself.

Traveled to Portland from Settle on this large, beautiful and spacious bus. Not only was it pristinely cleaned, but the customer service was top notch. I would defiantly recommend Presidential for any of your party, or transportation needs.
