At the bottom of the slopes, yet still accessible by foot, is Timmerstugan. Serving up mostly traditional Swedish dishes in a log building (hence the name, equates to ”The Log House” in English. They also host after ski sessions of various sizes depending on the season. 🍹

Werséns Brasserie

Classic brasserie, offering a wide variety of dishes ranging from fine dining inspired to amazing pizzas. During parts of the season, a night club is hosted in their basement as well.

Vinbaren, Åregården

Amazing food and an impressive wine selection. Just love this place. Must-go if you’re looking for a more elevated dining experience when in town.

Supper Åre

Latin restaurant with a vibe in classic Villa Tottebo, just below the square. Traditional dining room on the entry level, but you can also have your meal in the bar or on the more festive top floor.

Mister French Åre

Art deco style restaurant and bar right on Åre square, the place to be of the town. Perfect for a post slope drink or if you’re having a day off, swing by for a meal or late night drink. This place covers all occassions.

Asian Post Office Åre

Asian dishes with a twist, in a casual and modern setting. Great cocktails. One of my faves in Åre. Make sure to book in advance as it is usually at capacity.

La Gondola

Best lunch and vibes on the slopes. When in doubt; pasta salsiccia always does the trick!
