Nourish’d Cape Town – Fresh, Vibrant & Delicious

Nourish’d is hands down one of my favourite vegetarian spots in Cape Town, with two great locations: the smaller, vibey Kloof Street branch (perfect for a quick stop) and the spacious Green Point branch, where you can relax by the pool, tan, or grab a spot to work thanks to their great WiFi. Both have a welcoming atmosphere and super friendly staff.

Their flat white with almond milk is always smooth and delicious, and their fresh juices are a must. I highly recommend:
Black Buchu (R62): A refreshing blend of activated charcoal, buchu leaves, cucumber, apple, ginger, and lemon.
Glow & Flow (R62): Orange, apple, ginger, lemon, and cayenne. It’s bright, spicy, and energising.

The smoothie bowls are exceptional. My top two are:
Makin’ Me Cacao (R90): Decadent, dessert-like, with creamy banana and cacao, gluten-free granola, fudgy brownie pieces, strawberries, and chocolate sauce. A total indulgence!
Pineapple Haze (R100): Tropical and refreshing with pineapple, passion fruit, apple slices, roasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, and granola. Light, energising, and perfect for summer.

If you’re craving something hearty, the Zesty Zeus Wrap (R100) is a winner. Packed with crispy falafels, coconut tzatziki, hummus, jalapeño tomato salsa, and crunchy cabbage, it’s drizzled with a zesty coriander-lemon dressing that ties everything together beautifully.

Nourish’d combines healthy, bold flavours with beautiful presentation. It’s the kind of spot that feels indulgent while still being nourishing. Whether you’re grabbing a smoothie bowl, sipping on fresh juice, or enjoying a loaded wrap, you’ll leave feeling satisfied and refreshed. Highly recommended for a laid-back, health-focused meal!

Love everything from the esthetic to the delicious food. So grateful for the amazing gut healthy options because my family makes an effort to choose only Whole Foods and no refined sugars due to health reasons. As a very regular customer, Nourish’d is without a doubt my all time favourite spot in Cape Town. I cannot recommend it more highly to absolutely everyone 💚

Their menu has a huge variety of plant based dishes and caters for absolutely every taste bud.

I am blown away every time by the world class quality and freshness of the food, the impeccable service and kindness of the staff, and the all round genuine love and care that goes into making this place so incredibly special and truly unmatched.

Their smoothie bowls deserve a mention of their own. I have yet to find a place anywhere in the world that can compare to the literal art in a bowl that Nourish’d produces. Their Gone Green bowl is clearly a personal favourite 😍

I have also arranged for private catering with Nourish’d for two events now. Both times there was no question in my mind about where to turn for catering, Nourish’d was the first choice. For the most recent event, I contacted Nourish’d only two days before the event and still they did not hesitate to accommodate me and ensured that every need was met meticulously. They delivered the freshest, most divine platters that everyone absolutely raved about. I cannot recommend their catering services enough, and needless to say - won’t hesitate to use Nourish’d again for any upcoming event in the future.

Whether you are dining in, taking out, or arranging catering, you are guaranteed to receive only the freshest, most delicious, nutritious plant based goodness that there is.

it does have a vibe. however service today is poor. missing menu items. no milk for the fruit granola. served without, had to ask for it. orders not coming out at the same time. more than 10 minutes between order is far too long. the music is also too loud. should be light so people can hear their orders.
