We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel. We visited with our four children, and the experience was truly exceptional, surpassing all our expectations.

The impressive atmosphere, the delightful buffet that catered perfectly to our children, and the stunning view of Tokyo Disney Resort from our room made this the best hotel experience our family has ever had.

Our children were thrilled with the delicious food and the breathtaking scenery from our spacious room. My spouse and I were able to relax and enjoy the time, forgetting the daily hustle.

We especially appreciate the warm hospitality of your staff. They were kind and attentive to our children, and we were deeply impressed by their thoughtful service.

It was our very short stay in the hotel for less then 24 hours, Great location for Disneyland visitors and family, Busy hotel in general , Front office Team very helpful and kind to assist guest, our room was allotted in higher floor, with sea view, room was recently renovated as well. It good size room to fit young family. Overall it was great experience, we had breakfast as well and it was busy venue but no waiting time as they manage well.

This by far the best Hilton hotel throughout the world. I have stayed in many Hilton hotels in different countries and this hotel is superior above the others. The staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have stayed here at least 10 times over the past few years and it’s the same every single time. The executive lounge is better than most others. The resort facilities are always available and clean. The view of Disneyland from your room is amazing and if you book a park view you can see the fireworks from the room. I highly recommend this hotel. There is a 24 hour Lawson in the hotel so if you need something you can get it. I always come back to this hotel every time I’m in Tokyo. I even stay here when I’m not visiting Disneyland because it’s a good hotel and worth the extra train ride to get good accommodation. Thank you to all the staff as you do an amazing job, especially handing situations that arise.

Great spot on the bay.  Right next to Disney if that's your bag.  It has 3 shuttles every hour to and from Disney, JR line, and the airport.  They have a great breakfast buffet, multiple restaurants, and several shops on site.  The prices are reasonable for all these amenities as well.  Definitely a place to consider for your visit to Tokyo, Disney or no.

Overall experience was amazing. Staff are great, friendly, helpful. Check in counter was efficient and check out was speedy as well as a Hilton Honors member.

Breakfast spread was decent for the price and well stocked.

Floor service Philip-san was very helpful and friendly. He helped us with the luggage and checkout well. This has to be the best Hilton we have experienced by far.
