10/10 stay! Loved this hotel and the bathroom was super clean, large and loved the pressure of the shower head. The beds were heaven on earth and the room was very spacious. Great location as well, only about a 10 min walk to train station and close to many food places around. The hotel restaurant though was overpriced and not really worth it.

My friend and I stayed here for a week during the summer, it's very modern and clean. The hotel is nestled on a quieter street, but is still close to tourist destinations such as Fushimi Inari Taisha. There are convenience stores, small restaurants, and subway stations within walking distance, so you have easy access to anything you need.

Staff were nice and incredibly accommodating. There was always an English-speaking person at the front desk while I was there, which made everything even easier. The people running the rooftop bar were super friendly and talkative, and made the best lemon sours.

Overall, I felt very comfortable and secure during my stay, it was the perfect place to rest after 2 weeks of nonstop travel. Also, as a Dane myself, I approve of their Danish-inspired breakfasts.

Everything is good and clean, the staff are so nice, and you feel the artistic touch in the architecture, decoration and light,.. modern art is simple and elegant. Breakfast I can rate it 5 stars, highly I recommend this hotel

Hotel is in walkable distance to Jujo station (17 minutes) and Fushimi Inari Taisha so it was very convenient. The hotel’s atmosphere was very pleasant which helped us feel relax whenever we step inside. Staff can speak English well and were very nice to us, it made we feel like home when we return from our long day of walking and sightseeing. Room is very nice and clean. The only problem we encountered that we were not used to the heat in Kyoto so we had to call front desk to help us adjust the AC several times but they were all nice about it and helped us out every time.

I got a herniated disc, which got worse after sleeping in this hotel because the beds are rock hard - this wasnt mentioned. All the hotel said was “sorry for the inconvenience caused”
