The vibes were very relaxed. The decor and crockery was splendid. The host and chef were very friendly and kind! The host understood English pretty well and was able to explain each item to us. They served us with an English menu so it was very nice to be able to read each course and anticipate the future cuisine! So much sake was served with our meticulously crafted meal, and the food was delicious. it was worth every yen! Super cool experience.

根津のをことてさん

飲食店が多いエリアですが、
なかなかにこだわりのお店がありました！

基本は日本酒ペアリングしながらのお店ですが、
コースだけでも大丈夫！

今回は焼酎と合わさせていただきました！

料理も一品一品かなり美味しいものが多い！
締めごはんだけちょっとでしたが、後はいうことあまりないかな！

カウンターか、4名くらいの会で使うといいかもです！

ゆったりした雰囲気の中でやさしい料理をいただけます

ミシュランガイド東京の先行公開に掲載されているのを見つけて夫婦で初めて伺いました。カウンター席で料理が出来上がるのを目で楽しみながら、派手さはありませんがそこここに工夫が感じられるやさしい味付けの一品一品をおいしくいただきました。コース料理の内容は毎月ご夫婦で試食しながら決められるとのことで、来月どんな料理をいただけるか今から楽しみです。リピートしたくなるお店です。

Enjoy delicious cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere

My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time after seeing it listed in the Michelin Guide Tokyo. While sitting at the counter, I enjoyed watching the food being prepared, and while it wasn't fancy, I enjoyed each and every dish, which was well-seasoned and tasted well. The contents of the course meal will be decided by the couple each month through tasting, so I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of dishes they'll have next month. This is a store you'll want to visit again and again.
