We have been staying at Hotel East 21 for the past 5 days.
The location is fantastic, 10 minute walk to the train station, very close to a supermarket and Familymart.
The room is a great size, with a comfortable bed and very clean facilities.
We have really enjoyed our stay here and would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so pleasurable.

Great hotel. Stayed there in November - December 2023 for our honeymoon. Close to subway, very clean, spacious and clean rooms, helpful and attentive staff, great breakfast selection (both European/American continental breakfast and Japanese - Asian style breakfast available). Would love to return.

Service is spectacular. Staff are amazing, helpful and quick to assist if you need it.

We had a last minute issue that caused us to need to stay in Tokyo for a few more days. This is the only hotel that had openings. The price was fair considering it was a last minute booking and we needed two rooms.

Rooms are large by Tokyo standards. A bit dated, but comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or the laundry service. Hotel can us directions to a 24 hr laundromat down the street.

The lights were all done up for Christmas and it was lovely. Location wise, definitely a bit further from the main JR lines. There is a Tokyo Metro station line about 11 mins from the hotel. Hotel itself has a plaza with shops and food.

Overall really enjoyed the stay. You can see the sky tree from the hotel as well and the views from the upper floors are beautiful!

I've stayed at East 21 on two separate occasions, it's got a beautiful interior with a great buffet, the rooms are of good size and if you get the city view you're in for a nice view at night

Great location off the usual touristic centre of tokyo.

Great if you want to see a little how local residents live, very close to underground for access to the rest of the city.

Great service, large rooms compared to other tokyo selections.
