We loved our stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie. Check in was very easy and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The laundry service was good too, just follow all the instructions and not load too much in the machine, should work out great for you! The beds were comfy, even though we had two single beds for my husband and myself, we still enjoyed. Directly across from Shiomi station but it’s very quiet in the rooms and you cannot hear a thing. The lady at the front desk helped us greatly with luggage transfer service that ended up saving us the hassle of bringing our luggage with us to Osaka so we took a pit stop to see Mount Fuji! We love staying at this hotel and will be back, Tokyo Bay is the most beautiful spot in Tokyo for us and we love to call it home every time we are in Japan. Thank you for taking good care of us, see you again!

The location of the hotel was excellent, hardly walkable from the station. Staff hospitality was very good, and they were welcoming.
The rooms were a bit small but had all amenities and comfortable bedding.
The washroom was clean.
There was vending machine for water and jucies on the same floor.
The breakfast options weren't that good. There were hardly any continental food options.

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Disneyland. Location was great as it was steps away from Shiomi station which is only 15 min away from Disney. It’s also easily accessible by Tokyo station. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with many convenience stores available for snacks or breakfast. We did not try hotel breakfast as we were out too early. The double room was spacious and clean, and staff were kind and helpful. They were able to help us with shipping luggage to our next hotel.

Four star hotel .Location really good.
Across the shiomi station. Near the station there is maruetsu supermarket that you can buy anything, their bento also good
Not too far from disney area (maihama ), just 3 station away .
They provide sachet skincare in the lobby so u can take as much as you need . The staff also nice and informative.
I booked the triple room
Price also good, around 26000-35000 for 2 adults 2 kids (1 child under 6 years old)  depends on your selected booking day
Will coming back for sure :)

If I could give it more stars I would. The location is perfect! Being right next to the train station was the most ideal spot for our family. Leaving the Disney Resort and looking for another place to stay for 2 nights  in Tokyo we looked at so many places and this had everything we were looking for. Spacious, not far from anything and in a great spot of the city. The staff was welcoming and so friendly. We did not get to go to the Cafe but it smelled so good every time we came through.
