The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo is ideal for anyone whose main intention is to experience cherry blossoms. There is a garden within three hotels of the same group which has spectacular views of them.

Service was excellent from check in to check out. Our room gave us access to not only our executive lounge but the lounges of the other two hotels. While not a huge value add, it was still a nice touch nonetheless.

While the room is a little dated for my liking, it is large in size. We had a nice view of Tokyo tower albeit a little far. Access to the train station is about a ten minute walk. This hotel is not in the most touristy of places so you may need to use the train station a lot. The train station is also pretty packed as it serves as one of the main interchanges.

While the breakfast was good, we wished there were more Western options. Despite that, we still enjoyed breakfast thanks to the taste of the food and the impeccable service of everyone in the restaurant to make us feel at home.

Nestled in the heart of Shinjuku and just minutes from the train station, The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo offers an exceptional hospitality experience. From the moment of arrival, the hotel impresses with its impeccable service, spacious accommodations, and a wealth of amenities designed for comfort and convenience.

The rooms are notably large for Tokyo, providing ample space for luggage and purchases. Every detail is carefully considered, from the pristine cleanliness to the well-stocked amenities—three sets of essentials, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, floss, and lotions, ensure guests have everything they need. The housekeeping service is exemplary, with daily towel replacements, fresh ice delivery, and meticulous attention to cleanliness, even adjusting to guest preferences. Beds are consistently well-made and inviting after a long day of exploration.

Beyond the rooms, the hotel's facilities elevate the experience further. A full-service spa, state-of-the-art gym, and pool room offer guests a chance to unwind and rejuvenate. Each facility is modern and well-maintained, enhancing the sense of luxury throughout the stay.

We first stayed here in 2023 and had such a wonderful experience that we returned in 2024. Upon check-in, the front desk greeted me warmly with a heartfelt “Welcome back home,” acknowledging our previous stay. This small gesture set the tone for yet another exceptional visit.

The service is consistently top-notch, with staff always going above and beyond to ensure our stay is perfect. The rooms are spacious, offering stunning views of Tokyo Tower, and the little extras—like the delicious chocolates and adorable kids' amenities—were much appreciated by our family.

The location is incredibly convenient, being close to shops and, most importantly, JR Shinagawa Station, making it easy to catch the Shinkansen.

The only downside is the absence of a coin laundry facility within the complex or nearby, which would have been a helpful addition.

Overall, our stay was unforgettable, and we are already looking forward to returning.

***The service was amazing!!***. Hands down the most  attentive staff of any hotel I have stayed at around the world.

The gardens located behind the hotel are absolutely beautiful.

Construction is going on at an adjacent property but during normal working hours and was never an issue during my stay.

The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo has a beautiful reception area that creates high expectations upon arrival, but unfortunately, the rooms fall short. They feel stuffy and are clearly in need of refurbishment. The bed is comfortable enough, but that’s about the only highlight inside the room.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The bread was of poor quality, the coffee was weak, and the croissants tasted stale. Not much breakfast options ,Definitely not the breakfast you’d expect from a hotel , I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The bathrooms had mold and very outdated.

Not a kid friendly hotel the lounge area were closed for kids after 5pm.
