The rooms are so clean. Spacious . Comfortable. The bakery is superb downstairs. A small park just steps away. Provide absolutely everything. There is no need to bring toothbrush, ear buds, hygienic products etc... They have a laundry room , microwave, vending machine, all drinks, breakfast amazing. Would definitely recommend it. Definitely stay here again.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and always with a smile. I really liked this hotel and would stay here again.  Pros: love the style and thoughtful design of the room; offers pajamas and slippers, great breakfast buffet and really loved the onsen.  The train station is literally next to the hotel.  I appreciated the quiet and clean neighborhood.  Cons: front desk staff is not fully fluent in English which is problematic if you don’t speak Japanese, there can be a long wait for breakfast, there is no storage space to unpack in the room other than a very small closet with a couple of hangers.  There is no space to open your luggage other than the bed. A con that really annoyed me was the absolutely terrible hair dryer in the room.  It barely dried anything.  Finally, there are no restaurants nearby.  You will have to travel a bit for food and the restaurant hotel seems to deny admission even with tables available. Having said all that I enjoyed this hotel and thought the price was reasonable for the amenities.

The upscale feel of these rooms exceeded my expectations, as well as the rest of the hotel.  The rooms are very small and somewhat tight for 2 people, but this is pretty typical in Japan so I was not surprised.  I loved the aesthetic of the room as it felt chic and updated.  This hotel had great amenities and the products they provided in-room felt slightly upscale.  I HIGHLY recommend the breakfast buffet, it was one of the best that we had our entire 2 week trip.  After jet-lag and a long travel day, it was great to wake up and eat this healthy, beautiful variety of foods and drinks (some western and some Japanese).  The location is quieter and walkable to some things, but not in the most convenient of locations - since we had just arrived to Japan we appreciate the quiet before fully immersing into how loud and hectic Tokyo can get. Also it was great there was a gym and hot tub - we used both of these facilities and they were nice and clean (although the hours could be a little more flexible).  We used the hotel services for an in-room massage and it was one of the worst massages I've ever had - I would not recommend this and think the hotel should work with another outsourced company (but I'm not dinging the hotel for this).

This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too.

The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze.

My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small so there was usually a line to get any done.

Overall I’d gladly stay again
