Views are unbeatable. Food and drinks can be better. Service was hit and miss. The waitress and supervisor were great. But the big bartender was rude. Atmosphere was great. Couches, seats, tables and the bar area were all nice. But the lighting near DJ and stage area looked really cheesy. It was a great experience but the product could be better.

Personally, I like to admire Singapore and its tourist attractions more when I'm on the ground - you can see more details and spectacular details. When you walk with your feet on the ground and touch Singapore with your hands, there is a lot more excitement. But when friends come and ask you to give them a wow effect in just 2 days, you can't do without a visit to this observation deck. Keep in mind that Ce La Vi opens at noon and you need to be there no later than 13.00, otherwise then you will not be able to find a free place on the sofas and quietly drink beer or cocktails. And it is not convenient to have conversations standing up.

We visited last night on other last day of our month long holiday to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. You need to buy tickets to get up for $35 per person, but they are fully redeemable upstairs at the bar (and will likely only get you a single drink). It’s also lot guaranteed to get a seat which makes it an anxious experience hovering around looking for a table. Once we were settled in however it made for a lovely evening where we shared a couple of bottle of wine and some hot chips and reminisced on the amazing month we had just had in Italy. It’s very expensive as you would expect but worth the splurge if you have reason to 🥂
