Fantastic stay at this hotel. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, every interaction was personalized and very pleasant. The room is very luxurious and the hotel with it's facilities was beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay for a longer period.

All the style and service you expect from a Rosewood hotel. The hospitality and attention to detail are a level above even the luxury norm. The location couldn't be better, connecting directly to the skytrain. And as an unexpected bonus, the spa therapist cured an injury I assumed was permanent, so it was quite literally life-changing to stay here.

Rosewood is an absolute stunner in Bangkok compared to the other big and famous hotel chains. What blows me away is the eye for detail - even the bedroom slippers and remote control have the logo branding. The soap and shampoo were MADE for the hotel. My favourite part are the towels, super fluffy and soft! 😍 (and again, made for the hotel specifically)

The service is impeccable. They bring the luggage to the room quickly. Everywhere smells great and is clean.

Room space though not massive, is still sizeable and very well utilised. There are speakers even in the bathroom. Smart tv speakers are good. Decor is amazing.

Hotel is connected to both mall and sky train!

This is a top notch hotel that only uses exquisite materials and everything big or small are meticulously presented.  You will immediately notice the difference when you compare to other 5 star hotels in bkk.  A real lap pool is a bonus.  The only thing not fitting my personal need would be the mattress is a bit on the hard side.

It is my birthday coming up, I and my husband checked in for a few nights here. The Chinese resturant Nan Bei is absolutely gorgeous, food is absolutely authentic, and the service at the resturant is excellent. Love it. The rooftop bar has a nice theme and detailed decor. This is the first night here, we are staying on the 11/F, unfortunetly we had a very bad night sleep, this is becuase of the noise from the roads surrounded us. Nobody think when they build such a nice luxurious branding hotel, they didn't put any thought into creating a quite enjoyable environment for all their guests. You will think you can have a night of good sleep, this is what a hotel is for. Luckily, I got a pair of earplug from the airplane. No one would have thought about the must to use earplug at Rosewood to be able to fall asleep. I am lucky that I have a few hours of sleep, but my poor husband... no sleep... it was just too loud.
