This is a bit pleasantly unusual and definitely extremely fantastic and yummy place serving traditional chicken Pho with chicken offal in a fantastic broth. I'm a big fan of innards of any kind of animal, so this was absolutely fantastic with very fresh ingredients and of course the traditional herbs are top. You can tell them which parts you like and which you don't, and they will make it just perfect every time. 👏🫰👏

The best chicken pho we had in our Vietnam trip. The taste is so delicious and the ingredients are super fresh.

Make sure to try the pho and the dried noodles with the deep fry bread.

Heard so much about chicken Pho in northern Vietnam and decided to give this shop a try. A simple local set up from indoor and outdoor sittings to upper level. The crowd can be quite crazy during peak hours, nevertheless the staff is helpful in securing us a table and taking orders. Personally I like both the dried and soup version, soup was clear and light but flavorful enough for me. Their chicken is fresh and nicely cooked. Overall it’s a good experience.

A bowl of Pho in the middle winter of Hà Nội is all you need. Pho Ga here deserves its Michelin star for street food and always will. The texture and the taste keep the same over the year. You can order additional/ side dishes

Best Pho I had so far in Ha Noi. Guess many great reviews/ratings in this country are fake, this one is not good rated per Vietnam standard, while the taste is great. You can choose different part of the chicken for the soup or noodles (there is option w/o soup). Local price though it is a guide Michelin
. Guests are mostly local. No vegetarian option.
