We werden zo joviaal en hartverwarmend ontvangen, we werden overrompeld met aperitief hapjes die je doen tranen van geluk. Een gastvrouw met een sublieme wijnkennis en een wijnkaart die je nog zelden tegen komt. De gastheer-kok komt je persoonlijk zijn zalige borden toelichten, bordjes qua originaliteit en smaak om U tegen te zeggen. Deze man kan koken meer dan duidelijk. Vlot, voorbereid en zo eerlijk uit het hart wordt er gewerkt en gekookt wat uitmondt in toverende samenstellingen en structuren. De eenvoud van een ingrediënt wordt eerder hemels verheven. We voelden ons echt even in hemelse kastelen vol Ridders en zalig eten. Emily en Bart, dankjewel voor jullie kunst en kunde, voor jullie puurheid en hartverwarmende gesprekken. We received such a jovial and heart-warming welcome, we were overwhelmed with aperitif snacks that will make you shed tears of joy. A hostess with sublime wine knowledge and a wine list that you rarely encounter. The host chef will personally explain his delicious plates to you, plates that are impressive in terms of originality and taste. This man can cook more than clearly. We work and cook smoothly, prepared and honestly from the heart, resulting in magical compositions and structures. Rather, the simplicity of an ingredient becomes heavenly.
