Very good experience here! On the last leg of our Copenhagen visit I fell down some stairs, leaving us unable to leave for the next stop of our holiday. Instead, we pivoted immediately to find a hotel with an elevator and views so I could have a decent time trying to heal. We arrived for our last minute reservation to a wheelchair waiting for us at check-in...very helpful. Our stay went as good as it possibly could have, all things considered. We stayed in a junior suite to take full advantage of the extensive views and separate living space. Positives: free use of a wheelchair, great views (esp fun to watch the harbor pool activities going on below), large room, great breakfast, tasty room service from the hotel restaurant, extremely friendly and helpful service (they kindly brought ice up for my foot multiple times a day), mall right next door, extensive bike trails all around (they rent bikes on site, including those with the front bucket seat I could ride in to get outside while there) Negatives: the many windows of the junior suite provided fabulous views, but also served to warm up the room a lot. We found, however, that we could leave open our balcony and room door and keep the cool air flowing...as a result, it was definitely worth it to have the views. It was just a great stay, period. Sure, there was some nearby construction noise with our doors open...as well as some late night noise from partiers below at the pool area one evening, but the positives far exceeded those. After having to cancel a portion of our trip when I fell I was quite bummed. But we definitely made the best of my healing time during our stay here, and the staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Upon entering , was fascinated with hotel, modern, chromatic , but no valet To get luggage , disability elevator not working , was stuck :((. Rooms small . No iron or board in closet Very little room. While freshening up, bathroom lights went out , however all plugs worked Was going to be gone for the day , told the front desk. When I arrived back from touring the whole day , the staff said , I had too many items plugged in . I only had my iPhone and was using my curling iron ( all converted ) I had to Move all my items to another room. A valet ( lovely young man ) arrived to assist, but I was almost Finished. No compensation , no comment If it was working . Disappointed in the service with lodging , however the bar and restaurant had excellent staff and delicious drinks and food.

We want to boost this review up a star or a half star (Yelp, when are you adding half-sies?) because our room was fine and the view of the water (with our own outside little porch situation) was stunning. The front desk staff were delightful, as well. Here's the rub for this place: it is close to the mall if you are in to that on a trip abroad - which I guess is also convenient if you want snacks and such. It is NOT, however, close to anything you might want to see in Copenhagen proper. If you've rented a car or if you're for for a good mile plus walk in bike traffic, yahoo! If you're not ready to do either, best to book elsewhere as you will be calling Uber all day.

First time staying at this hotel in Copenhagen. Located on the harbor in the meat district, this hotel was reminiscent of a cruise ship from the narrow hallways to the space efficient rooms. Only thing missing is the roll of the ship. We stayed during the week which was relatively quiet. We had a lot of luggage and to use the handicap lift to get up the short flight of stairs as there was no elevator to the lobby. Check-in was short and we were soon situated in our hotel room. We had a lovely view of the harbor but the offices buildings were somewhat distracting. There were double doors that opened for fresh air purposes only; we didn't have a balcony. The beds were comfortable enough and the lighting was somewhat dim. Besides the desk, the was an somewhat uncomfortable chair to sit in. Internet is free (yeah!) but slow (boo!). The bathroom was spacious with a deep soaking tub. Forgot to pick up a bath bomb! ;-(. Breakfast was included and it was a typical Danish breakfast with hot selections of eggs, sausages and bacon. Espresso drinks were an additional cost. We ate at the restaurant the first night. The clean, modern decor was reminiscent of the 60's era. Food was delicious, however beware when your food comes drench in sauce. We had the smoked duck breast and it had seen better days. I was wondering why the party next to us was waiting so long for their food. Well, the answer is they had a much fresher duck breast. We did have to send back two bottles of red wine and eventually settled on glasses. Dessert was delicious. Despite the duck breast and wine fiasco, we had an enjoyable meal. It must have been the calming view of the night harbor. The hotel is right next to a cinema and shopping mall, so if you didn't want to make the 10-15 minute walk to the shopping area in the heart of Copenhagen, your covered. We would stay here again, it was certainly much less expensive then where we usual stay when we are in Copenhagen.

From the pictures it looks like it's connected to the mall, it isn't. It's actually located in a corner a bit far from everything (the mall behind the only close thing) but anything touristy is at least a 20 minute walk. Two stars because nothing was really memorable from this hotel, the rooms are small, the toiletries are not the best and the elevator needs to be worked with the key but it's so hard to actually do that it takes a few tries to learn the trick to it (leave the key in, press the button, don't take the key out until elevator moves) this was annoying bc I've been to hotels when just a tap of the key is enough to make the elevator move.

Debating to give this place a 3 or 4 star rating. Place is clean and in a nice location overlooking the water and next to a mall. It is a bit of a walk to the train station and Tivoli gardens. The old city is another extra 5 to 10 minutes. It is not close but Place is very modern with a lot of windows in the lobby area. The rooms are small. My room was over looking the street. Street noise was not a problem and I had nice views of the surrounding area. Check in and out was fast and efficient. Room had a built in luggage rack. Bathroom was of decent size and efficient. As someone mentioned in on-line review, there is a humming noise which I could no identify. After a bit, I learned to ignore it but some patrons might not be able to. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was standard hotel food. Service was very good. The restaurant has nice views of the water. To access the restaurant you go the second floor walk across to the other side of building and then go downstairs. Only had breakfast here so do not know how about lunch and dinner. They have bike rentals out front. It is flat along the water front to get to the city center. They have dedicated bike lanes so you do not have to worry to much about traffic. Next to the mall is a pedestrian bike bridge to get to the other side of the bay. Overall a decent hotel. It might be to far from the city center for some but for my trip it was adequate.

Selected this hotel for the price and location. Its a clean and simple hotel located next to a mall and the larger canals. Its about a 10 min walk from the s train. Take an elevator from the train station up and cross over the bridge to the left, towards the mall. Before the mall, take the stairs on the left down to the hotel. Check in and enjoy all the fun this city has to offer. Use your room key for elevator runs and late night lobby entry.

Really nice hotel overlooking the bay - you can see small boats to rent from your room. Room are super clean and spacious, comfy duvet, HD TV and big bathtub (ideal to take a warm bath after strolling in the town). It's a bit "far away" from the city centre (count 15-20min to walk) but super close to trendy meat district with all its fancy/cool restaurants. Avoid the breakfast though, a big buffet a bit overprice for its quality (at least there's a nice view from the restaurant) They also rent bike - a must if you want to visit the city (except in freezing winter - my hands got so cold I couldn't hold the handles anymore; luckily they gave us the bikes for free that day)

This is a very modern, clean and quiet hotel with a nice view. It is less expensive and has bigger rooms than the hotels in downtown Copenhagen. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and convenient. It is about a 30 minute walk from downtown, but I liked walking to and from downtown. It is also right next to a large mall. My only small complaint is that the bed was actually two small beds next to each other and they easily moved apart.
