Totally worth the hype!
This place was absolutely amazing. You can definitely feel the old French vibe in it. We made a reservation in advance and we were seated immediately. The staff were actually very nice and friendly. We ordered the eggs with truffles and the steak, they were both delicious, but this steak we’ll remember and come back to Paris again and again only to eat it again, it was unbelievably good.
We loved the fact how many french and local people were there and not many tourists. Definitely should visit when in Paris for the actual French experience.

My friend and I were walk in. We were lucky to be seated, although super busy for dinner. Amazing food!! We loved the steak and potato dish. For desserts, it was hard to pick just two. I will come back ! Most staff spoke English too.

Lovely night at this bistro celebrating my boyfriends birthday. I had been before 2 years ago and loved it. It did not disappoint and really enjoyed our meals. The wine list was a little overwhelming and big we had no idea what to order, but our waiter helped us. The 4/5 score as and the fish was very expensive for simple fish with boiled potatoes (nearly the same price as steak for 2 persons) it was really nice but the comparison was significant. Scallops were 10/10. Lastly they wouldn’t give butter with the bread, which was strange.

Went there for their Bœuf au poivre and Grand Marnier soufflé, loved every bit of it. The atmosphere, charming interior and well crafted dishes created the perfect Parisian bistro experience for us.

Ordered the terrine for starters and it was superb. My partner got the lunch set that included soup, Roast pork main and desert which she enjoyed incredibly.

We had heard great things about this place and we were excited to enjoy our first Parisian dinner here. It was packed as we expected, but we were fortunate to get a table outside. It was quite cold, which was a bit of an issue, but we were a little bit disappointed with the service and the food. The scallops were excellent, but the steak was a little fatty and quite disappointing. We had intended to order dessert but the waiter forgot to bring the menu. In the end, it was getting too cold so we gave up. In our opinion, though the place is nice, it’s actually overpriced and overrated. As an aside, there is only one toilet for the whole restaurant and there was usually a small line of people waiting for it. For a restaurant of this size it’s surprising they can’t accommodate a second toilet. Should I post some pictures?
