Attended Sturgill here in March of 2025 and it was a religious experience bar none. Amazing venue…absolutely beautiful. Balcony seating had great sight lines. Staff was helpful and politely mindful of people doing stupid stuff like leaving their drinks on the balcony ledges. Drink service was fabulous. The entry procedures and line up and entry was about as disorganized as it gets. That being said, once you get in it’s amazing.

A beautiful venue with particularly impressive, balanced but loud sound and no barricade between front row fans and the stage allowing for a beautiful, personal experience. They take away your water and drinks before letting you in but offer free water inside and enough of the staff speaks English to make communication possible. The guy at the merch stand was nice enough to let hold onto my vinyl for me, so I was able to enjoy the show carefree and retrieve my merch after :). Highly recommend.

I loved this venue. We went for a concert by Jain (an incredible concert for 2 solid hours of energy. I left feeling exhausted having done nothing). It's a human sized venue, not some giant impersonal arena. It's close to a couple of metro stations (Abbesses and Anvers) and close to Montmartre and loads of restaurants so ideal for an evening concert. Beautifully kept inside too.

The venue's bar was atrocious, it served the dregs of Carlsberg and didn't listen as I complained. My advice, don't drink here, its service is substandard and the value insulting. A shame, as the venue is a perfect place for music.

Great venue with one major downside, at least in winter when one has to wear a coat: the cloakroom is understaffed, undersized and (quite unbelievably) only takes cash payments, all of which contribute to horrendous queues. My top tip: if you can help it, make sure you don’t have anything to check.
