Amazing museum both for children and adults.
It is a must for every aviator who visits Paris.
From entrance to exit, exhibitions are cleverly placed, covering the whole history of aviation and space race.
For children, there are arcade simulators in many of the halls. Then you have a mind blowing aircraft display on the tarmac with the A-380 and the 747 standing out. You can enter in the 747 in both decks. The Concorde hall is the other jewel of the museum with 2 aircraft facing each other, connected by a series of stairs and isles so you can walk inside them and see their cockpits.

One of the downsides in my personal opinion as a helicopter pilot, was the little importance given to the rotary wing role in aviation history, with only one dedicated hall with many helicopter from different decades.

It would also be great to have the possibility to enter in a real cockpit on both airplanes and helicopters.

At the exit you have to go through the shop which is a dream for aviation enthusiasts.

The museum tells the story of the evolution of aviation and how the French, with Brazil and US, were pioneers in this journey, starting with the balloons of Paris. In addition to early 20th-century aircraft, there are also models used in both world wars as well as more modern ones, both commercial and military. At the end, there is a souvenir shop that is worth a visit.

Very good museum, recommend everyone.
Interactive, quite big and interesting. Covers all periods of aviation development.
Everyone has opportunity to see Concord and enter inside. It is quite far, but totally worth it.

Amazing aviation museum. Huge variety of air and space exhibits. 747, A380, 727, Rockets, Jet Aircraft, Propeller aircraft, and helicopters from all eras. The aircraft prototype section is exciting. Very cool aircraft. Le Bourget airport architecture is beautiful. Cafe is located on the premises for lunch and snacks. I spent 6 hours at the museum and could have easily spent more time. This is an aviation lovers dream as a museum.

The Concorde and 747 exhibits are awesome. You can go onboard all three and they are very well done with voice recordings from the era. (First 2 Concordes are located at Le Bourget). I also really enjoyed the C-47 exhibit. You can go on the plane and they do a great recording from D-Day. Very well done.

It took me about 50 minutes by bus from CDG (Bus 350 the whole way). Bus stop is directly across the street from the museum. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
