Outstanding restaurant in all respects, which is guaranteed to deliver an exceptional culinary experience. We go to the restaurant every year, and always marvel at the refinement of the dishes, the contrasts (in textures, or in temperatures) and the abundance of flavours. Extremely refined food, service is impeccable , the staff has lots of knowledge which makes the experience even better. We come back every year and it’s always an absolute delight.

I was surprised to see that this famous restaurant has such terrible interior decoration....artificial flowers, dead wood, straw on the tables, a mix of furniture and style so completely kitsch that it misses any stylistic point. Particularly shocking was the tableware....it's so cheap! Zero taste.
The food is interesting, attempts to surprise but not refined .
For such a prestigious (and expensive) restaurant, (unfortunately lacking of competitors...which might incite them to improve), it's quite embarrasing and disappointing .
One star because the wine was exceptional (because it was a cote du rhone).
