Amazing hotel in a beautiful setting. We were initially worried that it was not by the sea but it didn't disappoint. It's a little garden oasis that offers much more! Hotel is in top condition. Spa is one of thr best we've seen. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Restaurants serve excellent food. It is one of our favourite hotels that we regularly compare any other hotels to! - "That was good but it wasn't anywhere near as nice as Domaine du Mas de Pierre!".

You can see why it has such a high Google rating, it's faultless.

We could not fault our stay here, everything is perfect. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the spa is the best in the area with pool, sauna, steam rooms & jacuzzi, we had a duo massage and the therapists were excellent, and the rest of the hotel staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a slightly larger room with a private patio, which was a kind gesture and greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already looking at dates to come back and stay again soon. Thank you to everyone for making 2 tired Mum’s feel truly spoiled and looked after whilst being surrounded by luxury.

We spent 2 weeks in the South of France and this was the best hotel that we stayed in. We felt truly relaxed during our 2 night stay and it was very hard for us when we had to leave. The property is beautiful with nicely pruned gardens, areas to explore (vegetable garden, animals, small Alice in Wonderland themed playground) and we particularly loved The Lagoon which is a man-made beach with a water slide and sand toys for children. Staff were professional, welcoming and I appreciate the cleanliness, tranquility and turn down service. 1 star was deducted as the kids club was closed during our visit when website state that it’s open all week from 10am. When we checked with the reception, we were told that it’s closed as it’s no longer the high season. This should have been highlighted at point of booking as it was a consideration when we booked this hotel. Nevertheless, we certainly recommend this hotel as it was such a great experience and we felt truly relaxed and taken care of.

We visited this lovely hotel twice in the last six months and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel is truly beautiful, well kept, and the service is outstanding.
We did have an issue, but the way it was managed, went above and beyond expectations.  I would want to thank personally the AGM Julian, who understood the issue we faced, and ensured that everything, was absolutely perfect, with gestures that made our stay absolutely sublime.
Ultimately it is a people business.  Mistakes happen, but how you deal with them makes all the difference.  In this case, it made our stay, on a special occasion, absolutely perfect.  Can’t wait to return.
