This restaurant offered us the outstanding meal of a two week tour of Germany. At the conclusion of a long cycle tour we stayed in the small hotel section, both rooms were smart, clean and comfortable.

The food was exceptional, starting with a really nice sourdough made by an ex-chef at the restaurant. The cooking throughout was light and imaginative, especially the Thai curry which turned out to be a curry with sauce coming in the form of a scoop of ice cream - disguised as a goldfish. The smoked salmon / melon gazpacho was also very good. A nice cut of properly grilled flank steak with mushrooms and tarragon for the main course.

All the food could be accompanied by a glass of local Nahe wines - which were chosen well.

I would make a diversion to eat here again in the future.

Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist einfach wunderbar: gemütlich, einladend und zugleich stilvoll. Der Service war von Anfang an ausgesprochen freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken.

Das kulinarische Angebot war ein wahrer Genuss. Die Speisen waren nicht nur optisch ein Highlight, sondern auch geschmacklich hervorragend. Besonders positiv fiel die frische Zubereitung und die liebevolle Präsentation der Gerichte auf. Vom Appetizer über die Hauptgänge bis hin zum Dessert war jedes Detail perfekt abgestimmt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Weinauswahl, die regionale Spezialitäten umfasst, war exzellent und passte hervorragend zum Menü.

Das Ambiente des Kaiserhofs trägt wesentlich zum Erlebnis bei – es war der perfekte Rahmen für eine Feier dieser Art. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass sich sowohl die Gäste als auch das Geburtstagskind rundum wohlfühlen konnten.

Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher Abend, der sowohl durch die exzellente Küche als auch durch den erstklassigen Service und das liebevolle Ambiente zu einem besonderen Erlebnis wurde. Der Kaiserhof in Guldental ist definitiv eine Empfehlung für alle, die eine erstklassige Gaststätte mit herzlichem Service und exzellenter Küche suchen. I had the pleasure of being a guest at the Kaiserhof in Guldental on the occasion of an invitation to celebrate my 70th birthday and was completely thrilled. The atmosphere in the restaurant is simply wonderful: cozy, inviting and stylish at the same time. Right from the start, the service was extremely friendly, professional and attentive without being intrusive.

The culinary offering was a real pleasure. The dishes were not only a visual highlight, but also excellent in taste. The fresh preparation and loving presentation of the dishes were particularly positive. From the appetizer to the main courses to the dessert, every detail was perfectly coordinated and left nothing to be desired. The wine selection, which includes regional specialties, was also excellent and went well with the menu.

The ambience of the Kaiserhof contributes significantly to the experience - it was the perfect setting for a celebration of this kind. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, so that both the guests and the birthday child could feel completely comfortable.

All in all, it was an unforgettable evening, which was made into a special experience by the excellent cuisine as well as the first-class service and the loving ambience. Immer wieder gerne, wurde noch nie in den letzten 30 Jahren enttäuscht. Essen sehr gut, Ambiente sehr gut, Bedienung immer sehr nett und freundlich. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl, mal abschalten vom Alltag. Es ist nicht einfach nur ein Restaurant, es ist  viei viel mehr.
