We booked for 4 nights we came check in late last night 4/7/24. Couldn’t find where is the hotel because it on fifth floor, walk back and forth couples time decide to call the hotel no one pick up, ring the bell no one open the door, luckily someone live there open the door for us. When we came to the room, the sink dirty, toilet dirty, mirror dirty, faucet dirty, a lot of hair still on the top counter. Went out to eat and come back ready go to bed and we notice we dont have blanket on the bed, only one white sheet cover and they also not clean. I had to cover the bed with my grey towel, turn off the air conditioner, put the long pant, lint leave jacket on. Couldn’t sleep and then earlier morning u can hear clearly people step, people doing next door, and construction working super loud outside. I met the manager to talk about I want to cancel the rest he said not possible. I show him the pictures of the room, he reply to me not happened often and GO. I should have had an apology for what happened in the room but no, he was RUDE speak with his staff in Italian about that. When I walked away I still hear him said ANNOYED. What kind of manager handle business like that. Can u sleep in that dirty room and no blanket?

Amazing localization, just behind the USA’s Embassy.
The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean.
The breakfast, could be better but, you have nice coffee and mini croissants.
Staff super nice, they will help you through your stay.

This place is a solid 4/5. Yes, it might not be a true 4 star hotel, being a boutique hotel/inn, but in my opinion the service, room to price ratio, it still deserves a decent review. The front desk is always there and always greet you whenever you pass by. The only downside is the elevator is small and slow, plus there is a small stair to the elevator, so if you are bringing heavy luggage, be prepared. The hotel is located in 5th floor and has 7 rooms. Cleanliness wise, I think it is quite clean. Room is spacious with nicely sized bathroom. Breakfast consists of croissant, bread, cereal, meat, cheese, yoghurt, water and orange juice. Oh you can request coffee too; their cappucino is quite nice imho. Location wise, it is in quiet area, about 8mins walk to spanish step and 13mins to trevi fountain, so it is okay.

Very good location, near the Spanish stairs and the Barberini metro station. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff is very pleasant and friendly. They are always willing to help, especially the concierge Alessandro.
I would definitely return to this hotel and will recommend it to others.

We did not like this hotel. It was the only hotel we didn't like on our trip and we think it deserves a single star. We forfeited our last night there and stayed somewhere else.

First, it was sold as a king bed room but the bed was a queen. Second, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. You could see how bad it was when it steamed up. Third, there is zero parking (good luck with that), and this hotel has only floors 4 and 5 of a shared building.. and the elevator is old and super slow. Lastly, and painfully, the WiFi was very slow and kept cutting out.

When we brought the issues like the bed and WiFi up, but they just shrugged their shoulders. The people at the front desk were nice, but told us they couldn't help us. They needed to talk to the owner, but that never happened so we left.
