We had an exceptional dining experience, with every dish showcasing incredible flavors and attention to detail. This is definitely a Michelin star worthy experience!
We went there for their lunch tasting menu with the wine pairing and it is worth every penny!
Their risotto is the best risotto I've had! Perfectly cooked and full of flavours, the pairing with crispy eel is simply perfect.
The wines, where to even start, I've discovered some exquisite wine which I'm too sad to not finding it in North America.

If you're hesitating, try their lunch menu and it's definitely worth every penny!

Had a lovely lunch at Moma, with creative dishes, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. One thing I have to mention is the flatbread they serve which you can't stop eating.. I'm still thinking about these crunchy sheets of yumminess.

Great food and wine by the glass selection, as one would expect for a 1-star Michelin restaurant. Flavors are awesome and portions generous. Only fresh ingredients and local fare without pretension and unique taste in classic dishes.
Did not like the setting a lot, but everything was great, a bit on the expensive side but understandable.
Downstairs they have a bistro and was crowded, with simpler cheaper options and bread and coffee. The place is also not great with the street being repaired in front.
Hope that they remodel soon, it's be a great spot!

Overall, I must say, this was by far the most underwhelming Michelin-starred experience I’ve ever had. We indulged in the “Tasting Creativity” menu, priced at a generous 150 euros per person. Creativity? Perhaps in the chef’s imagination.

Standard fare. If you’re looking for creativity, keep looking.

Langoustine, foie gras, lemon, and licorice
The langoustine was decent, I suppose. But the foie gras? Let’s just say I shared my distaste for the gamey flavor with the waiter. His reaction? Priceless indifference.

Veal sweetbread with curry carrots, robiola cheese, and chicory
I couldn’t even force this one down. It seems “gamey” is the recurring theme of the evening. Perhaps it’s an acquired taste… which I hope never to acquire.

Spaghettino with beetroot, Gorgonzola Riserva, and Pimpinella
Ah, nothing like a strong blue cheese to completely obliterate the delicate flavor of beetroot pasta. Subtlety was clearly not on the menu.

Lemon “Cappelletti” with ham and black tea consommé
So, it’s lemon stuffed into pasta. That’s… interesting. And by interesting, I mean, why?

Amberjack fish with sour butter sauce, shallot, and chili
Finally, something remotely edible! The best part of the meal, probably because I had such low expectations by this point.

Pigeon BBQ with “Suprema” sauce and Dukkah
Pigeon It’s ok. Another gamey source, of course. What’s with the fascination with gamey flavors? Did someone order a theme night?
