This hotel exceeded all expectations and is truly one in a million. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—the best we’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond, even packing a breakfast box for us when we couldn’t make the breakfast due to sleeping in for a day trip. The concierge answered all of our questions about where to go from the greatest restaurants, activities and right places to visit.

The rooms are grand, with stunning mid-century woodwork, elegant details, and flawless design. Every inch of the space is a masterpiece. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

We had a wonderful five-night stay at the Hotel Bernini Palace. The hotel is within walking distance to all the major sites. It is a historic building and a stop for many walking tours. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and quiet – the bed sheets were linen! Housekeeping did a lovely job each day making sure our room was tidy and spotless. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning in the historical Sala Parlamento. The lobby bar was the place to unwind each evening with Franco, who was a delight to meet. The entire staff was very accommodating, but I cannot express my gratitude enough to Valentina, at the front desk, for quickly calling a doctor when I became ill. The doctor arrived at our room within 30 minutes, and after prescription medication, I was on the mend within a couple of days! Vacation saved! Thank you, Valentina! Do not hesitate to book the Hotel Bernini Palace!

This place is THE place to stay in florence. First of all its a palace! It is the heart close to all the piazzas and the activities and night life. You can walk everywhere easily from here. The service and staff were exceptional and tended to evert need in minutes. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit smaller but other wise clean and well kept. The breakfast was not good and i would look for another choice for food instead. However Overall i would definitely stay here again!
