Convenient location. Warm rooms ( we have visited in November). The hotel is very clean and my room was specious. I had a massage at the hotels’ spa and it was very professional and relaxing. The restaurant of the hotel was amazing, black code dish and the fish soup was very tasty. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I were there last weekend and we loved it! Everything was 5*, from check in to check out, just amazing. Very kind staff, the receptionist was very helpful! Beautiful big rooms, beautiful building, great SPA! The breakfast was one of the best ever with champagne served, the pastry section was amazing. We just loved everything about this hotel!

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Poet by Semarah Hotels and checked out earlier today. Our experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

The check-in process was excellent, with all the receptionists being exceptionally friendly and professional.

During our stay, we took advantage of the complimentary saunas and spas, which were immaculate and well-maintained. The receptionist there was also very friendly, providing us with towels and waterproof slippers.

We had breakfast included with our stay. Typically, we are quite selective about buffet breakfasts as the quality can vary, but here the food was outstanding. There was a vast selection catering to all tastes, everything was beautifully presented, and the dishes were constantly replenished.

What stood out the most for me were the waitresses, who were all incredibly friendly and always smiling. Special mention goes to Viktoria, who greeted us with a lovely smile every morning. She was always busy, either welcoming guests, clearing tables, or topping up the champagne. She looked stunning in her uniform, as did the rest of the staff, who were all very sharp and elegant.

We will definitely stay here again when we return to Riga. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stunning hotel, perfect location, friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Poet Hotel, all places to visit was about 10-15 min walk. The park with canal across the hotel is beautiful. We loved the decor of our room and staff were very helpful for anything we needed. For instance I asked for an iron and board before I arrived, it was in my room when we got here. We forgot our Toothpaste, informed them late in the evening, they quickly gave us 2 dental kits.
Will be recommending this hotel to others, very reasonable price for a 5* Hotel.

Nice hotel with good service and central location. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Large nice rooms. Good breakfast. Small bur cozy spa department. The only downside is the service and treatments at the spa department. The treatments are of poor quality and overpriced. In addition, very rude and surly staff, you get the feeling of disturbing them when you order treatments. We were very disappointed and fed up with the behavior of the ladies from the spa department. Strongly recommend booking massages and facials elsewhere. The spa department is otherwise ok if you just want to unwind and relax.
