Amazing customer service! Upstairs tenants were being loud, and we notified the front desk who promptly moved us and all of our belongings to the top floor with a big scenic window that opened up to the city sights. Amazing place with a cute, private backyard. Would recommend and would come back!

The hotel was very nice and clean. From check-in to check-out, the staff was always friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Florin from the morning shift for his excellent service. The location is also great, as it's easy to walk to the city center. :)

Dear friends! I would like to share with you my opinion about the hotel. If you want to spend the night in the toilet stink and pay 220 euros for it, you are welcome. As a bonus, all your belongings will be soaked in this smell for a long time. An unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it.
But there is one workaround you may use: you can sleep with the open window and open door

The rooms were very clean and bathrooms clean and modern. There were so many great bars, restaurants and cafes close by, and a short walking distance to premium shopping and the museums. The service at the hotel was amazing, staff really wanting to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There were tram stops close by and downloading the GVB app made it easy to get around via tram. The street facing rooms were double glazed with blockout curtains so the noise from the street was not noticeable for us. The heating in the rooms was excellent.

We had a quadruple room, 4 si goes, enough space for the 4 of us as we were off exploring anyway. Comfy beds and pillows! Good location from the tram, no 17 from central station, off at overtoom and it is literally over the road. Hotel not central as such but trams are so easy it isn't a problem, only 2 stops to liedesplein although we walked it a d it wasn't far. Service was good and friendly, we stayed on a room only so can't comment on breakfast
