My stay was exceptional! The hotel's perfect location, right in the center, allowed for easy walking distance to many landmarks. Conveniently, trams and buses were just outside the door.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, with Sophia standing out for her exceptional service.

The room was clean and neat, making for a comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very nice and centrally located. The rooms are not particularly large but are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff were incredibly kind, and the ladies at the breakfast buffet were friendly and attentive. The reception female staff during check-in were also extremely welcoming and polite.

However, my experience at check-out was disappointing. A man at reception was rude and dismissive, appearing irritated and disinterested. He charged the full room bill to the card on file without my authorization. When I requested to use a different card, he sighed and made excuses. Another young man with blond hair was also unhelpful and did not apologize for the mistake.

To make matters worse, after my review, the hotel charged an additional €60 to my card without explanation. I had to block my card and contact my bank. This hotel does not operate transparently, and I would not recommend staying here.

Fantastic location! Our room was spacious and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was very nice and the bar was inviting. Friendly and professional staff - full of helpful hints and great suggestions.

My family and I stayed here for one night in mid-March to relax after our flight from NYC, before heading up to Hemsedal Ski Resort. Everything at this hotel was outstanding. It’s very convenient to take the Flytoget train from the airport. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the National Theater stop. It’s close to the harbor and central to the city.

The staff were excellent. I can’t say enough about them, from the desk to bell, to restaurant staff. The breakfast is excellent as was our dinner at the Theatercaféen, which has a beautiful interior. We’ll be back.

The Terms and conditions with the hotel owner / owners will discuss later..

Especially Kerala have 14 districts..

So no more offices in Norway in the beginnings.
