Stayed around September time. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and had a good stay. Room was clean with simple amenities. Close shops nearby from grocery, beauty, restaurants and cafes. Close to bus and metro station, so it was easy to travel to other areas. When I arrived I left my luggage with reception the went about my day, so I didn’t have to carry around large bags all day. Rooms were clean, I didn’t have a view but I stayed in a simple comfort room. I didn’t get to try the breakfast as there are good places to eat at or order from nearby so I booked room only. Only downside I would say is that the rooms could be more soundproof as I could hear people above me walking about at times.

This hotel is very small but i never felt crammed. The bed was comfortable, the washroom was very modern and nice. The only issue was the shower head had water pressure very small, other than that it was very good value.

The hotel fully meets the requirements of comfortable accommodation. Clean and cozy rooms that are cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts at an acceptable price and very friendly staff. We were very satisfied with the service. 10/10

First off, our initial experience when checking in should be 5 stars. We have just arrived at this hotel. Started off very well. We had arrived super early due to a changed flight time. Staff at the front desk told us they would make an effort to get our room ready early, and this was without us asking for that. They also offered to let us eat breakfast as it was going to be getting served. He offered that we could sit and wait in the dining room, since nothing was open to go to. We were sitting and the same staff member assured us we could partake in breakfast, and we were very appreciative. As we were going up, another worker, assuming it was a manager, came up and berated us, without allowing us to speak or explain. Telling us we now had to pay for the breakfast. He was rude, condescending and not professional at all. Only just arriving and our first impression is not going well.

Good service and hard working staff. Location is ok but not very close to city centre… but because of that, you’re closer to other restaurants in all of Lisbon so it takes the same amount of time to get to other spots in Lisbon as it does to get downtown.
They have food downstairs till later in the evening so if you ever are hungry for a snack, it’s available (included). And did I mention the staff is just so friendly and helpful and caring ?!  Good value
