It has an interesting design, and there is a nice view to Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building / Высотка на Котельнической набережной (one of the 7 sisters), really cool !
Also under the bridge you can watch the ships and boats in the river, at night it's really beautiful, very good place for walk with friends and family, pets. In the nearby park  there is a place for Concerts or exhibitions. I really enjoyed spending a couple of minutes on this bridge in the last night of my trip to russia.

A perfect spot to snap a few pictures of your surroundings or why not just take a few panorama photos. Big tourist attraction though so there will be a lot of people there so do the panaorama photos at the tip of the floating bridge is my recommendation
