A truly inspired dining experience. The chefs at Faro know how to bring out the best in their ingredients! Each dish was simple but so delicately prepared. Flavors and textures meld together well, and each items is small, so you can try a little of everything. The best bite is one that combines all the flavors on the plate! I really appreciated the Egg salad with asparagus—bright and nuanced flavors, good separately but amazing together! The Beet salad was also such a great combination of flavors and textures (wish there was even more peach! so good!). I would recommend everything, truly. The atmosphere is also top notch, and they were still finishing the outdoor area but it looked really cozy, private, and well-decorated. Looking forward to visiting again!

Every dish served at Faro is faultless, created from the purest and freshest ingredients. A must-try is the slow-cooked lamb shoulder – a labor of love, and quite frankly, the best we've had in the city. It’s super delicious! This is the place where your senses will come alive and a friendly reminder of the benefits of being alive. Everything was spectacular. We shared:
