We stayed here during Christmas of this year at the same time we were celebrating our wedding anniversary . The hotel management surprised us with a room upgrade and goodies like wine, fridge magnet and various fruits. They also decorated the room beautifully. They went above and beyond to provide us with such amazing hospitality. From a hotel location review perspective, the hotel is located at a perfect location (Just below the Castle - 10 Min Walk) and 5 Min walk down the road to the Old town. The Rooms are definitely not equipped with the latest amenities but are well maintained and have all the basic things you need. You also have a paid parking and breakfast if you want to avail. Definitely recommend checking out this place if in search for a decent budget hotel in Bratislava.

This is the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed at.
The toilet seat had urine stains on it!!!
The shower is dirty all around.
I cannot even guarantee that the bed sheets were changed after the previous guests.
If it weren’t almost 1am when we checked in, I would’ve taken my money back and went to a different hotel, but it was so late and we were so tired.

Plus goes for an excellent location and a good parking garage, although it’s very expensive (18€).

Where to start from. Dirty linens, one towel per person, no flippers, rude personnel, old as dinosaurs bathrooms....and smelly ones. Location is crap. There are so many better choices. Just avoid it. Spent 20$ more and stay in a real hotel.

This hotel located very close to the castle and to the old city centre as well, you don't need even public transfer to visit both. It also has parking slots. As usual at Ibis, beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet, breakfast was excellent and their staff is very kind and more polite than the average. Really worth to choose Ibis Bratislava Centrum if you want to stay close to everything in a good hotel!

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the center (and that's taking a very relaxed walk), yet it is located so that it's away from the hustle and bustle, so when you are ready for a good night rest, you'll have your peace and quiet.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and although I don't do breakfast, I noticed the offer was quite decent as well.

The room was spacious enough, AC did a great job when need, and - I found this cool - there were small baskets in the room with a ball that you could use to shoot some hoops. This was the first floor, so your sporting activities wouldn't bother guests below, and I found this super cute. Definitely not something you expect to see in your hotel room :)
